Easily one of the best (if not THE best) pizza places in the state of Kansas. Come for the food, stay for the coolest atmosphere and great music. We drive in from Wichita just to eat here. Even though they’re only open on Friday and Saturday nights, be sure to make a reservation for a table and oven time so you have a flawless experience. Everything about dining here is SO worth it.

The most unique and original place to eat in Kansas! It’s cash only and on Fridays and Saturdays you’d better have a reservation!! The pizza is as good as ever but if you want a lil’ libation with your pie- the Long Island Iced Tea at The Scheme is the best you’ll find anywhere! Expensive but tasty. I wish the beer prices were a bit more reasonable and they only take cash or check. Woops I have to run to the atm across the street. What restaurant doesn’t take a card? *edit* At first I rated 4 stars but after stewing about having to run to an atm to pay the ticket I’ve decided than unless they accept a card I won’t be back.

Always a great place to eat and enjoy music! The history that covers the walls is personal to the owners and the staff is extremely knowledgeable! Make sure to have their tea! No matter what else you decide to get! Call ahead and reserve a space! This is one happening place!

So when will people be able to pay with credit card?
The food was good but the waiting time is too much and you should be able to pay with a debit/credit card… The cost of business is worth people paying with cards.
When will it not take 1hour and 30 minutes to cook a pizza is that normal? That’s how long it’s taken. (Usually places take 15-20 minutes)
The level of the music is crazy loud unnecessary.
Service was amazing.
Taste of food was good.
Place looks really good and clean.
