We were there at an odd time of day and it was pretty slow. Even seated at the bar, we had trouble getting service. Certainly more employees than customers milling about conversing with each other and ignoring the patrons. The pizza was pretty good. Will try again at a later date.

What a great place to eat, relax, and enjoy an outdoor concert at the same time! We’re New Yorkers (pizza snobs) and this is the best we’ve found so far. Came from Huntsville to try it, well worth the trip. Ask Kat at the bar to whip you up something cool & refreshing, she does not disappoint!

Bad experience. The meatballs I ordered were preordered. I arrived and got my order quickly. Once I made it home, I took a bite out of one of the meatballs and my mouth was on fire! My tongue burned, and my lips. It was a slow, lingering burn. Water would not stop the burning. I thought as if I had eaten a ghost pepper or something. Intestines on fire later! There was no mention on the menu that this entree was spicy. I immediately called the restaurant back and a woman who identified herself as a supervisor stated the cook probably didn’t follow the recipe correctly. She stated that she would refund my money within three days. I hope this happens because I was pretty upset about spending $9.25 on food that I could not eat. I cannot tolerate spicy foods like that. It literally tasted like someone poured a whole can of pepper or Tabasco sauce and baked it into that meat.

The food was great. Our only take away is the sauce. For us it didn’t taste just right. Other wise. The dough is made from scratch daily and I believe they make their sauce from scratch as well. The restaurant was very clean. It’s a upbeat but cozy atmosphere. Oh they have a few arcade games that are free to play. This place is a must try!!

This is only the 2nd time my family and I have eaten at Pinchgut Pies. The first time was a couple of months ago and it was so delicious! We ordered tonight for a pick up and unfortunately did not have the same experience. Among other things, our pizza crust was burnt around the edges & soggy in the middle. It barely had any sauce or cheese and was extremely salty. Also the pizza pieces were barely cut and we just pretty much had to pull it apart in large chunks.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and the service team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was very good, I had the Homemade Meatballs and fresh squeezed lemonade and others in my group had pizzas and meatball subs. There were no major complaints and the little ones were resolved quickly with no issue. I look forward to coming back and trying one of the delicious pizza offerings they have.

Fun restaurant and very busy on the weekend. The pizza was good but the crust unfortunately under baked. As busy as it was not a surprise but certainly something they need to work out. I was looking forward to the Caprese salad but was informed that it had been discontinued. The house salad comes with bacon, the Cesar’s salad has anchovies in the dressing, not ideal for vegetarian salad lovers.

Clean restaurant in a nice fun location but nasty pizza. The cheese pizza was so greasy the Buffalo bacon ranch had raw crust, the spinach mushroom was full of what smelled like old rotten mushrooms, the vegan cheese pizza was ok but made me sick later that day.

frozen pizza vibes. no flavor, rubbery cheese and burnt crust. go to mellow mushroom or pies and pints instead and you’ll get your moneys worth and a better atmosphere, service, and vegan options

The place was crowded, so my wife and I sat at the bar and ordered our food. My wife had a salad and I had the chicken pesto pizza. She said the salad was good, but I wasn’t impressed with the pizza. It tasted good, but along the edges large potions had no source or ingredients, just crust which had bubbled up in places while cooking. We attempted to order wine but their selection was poor. They only offered a red blend and a white blend. We ended up ordering soft drinks.
