We made a reservation and arrived when it opened so we were sure to have a window seat. The view of the water show – every 15 to 30 minutes – was engaging. David was our waiter but he eloquently introduced his team. Loved the bread as others have described. We had fresh pasta – squid ink – and perhaps the best roasted beets salad ever. The restaurant is a class act – they beautifully divided the salad for us. Nothing not to like about this dining experience.

We booked a reservation for 30 to celebrate a 60th birthday, and the restaurant made it feel truly special. They prepared a beautiful private room for us—though the two long tables made it a bit snug, I was seated at the chef’s table with a few friends, which was spacious and offered a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains. The guest of honor and his family were given a separate round booth, which was a thoughtful and elegant touch.
The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the service was impeccable, and the food was solid. The standout for me was the amaretto gelato—absolutely divine. I’d happily return when I’m craving quality Italian cuisine. Whether you’re planning a night out with friends or looking for a romantic spot for two, this place delivers on atmosphere and experience.

We had 8pm reservations and decided to wait about ten minutes at the bar for a table with a view of the Bellagio fountains, which was absolutely worth it. The ambiance set the tone perfectly for a relaxing evening.
To start, we ordered the Caprese salad, oysters, and octopus. The oysters were fresh and enjoyable, though slightly below the quality of STK’s and a couple of notches below the exceptional ones at Kame Omakase. Still, they were worth ordering if you’re an oyster fan. The octopus wasn’t as tender as what we had at Ocean 48, but my wife is a big fan of the dish and really enjoyed it regardless.
The star of the night was definitely the tableside pasta for two. It was perfectly executed and paired beautifully with the roasted carrots and mushrooms, both of which were excellent sides.
Service throughout the evening was top notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Scarpetta, especially if you can snag a table overlooking the fountains.

Service and food both amazing. Sat at the bar since there was some open seats. Got the bolognese and scarpetta house classic pasta. Both very good flavorful dishes. They are not small like they look in photos so didn’t even come close to finishing either dish. Worth the money especially for Vegas. The cosmos were the best we had in Vegas too

From the moment we walked in, I had a feeling we were going to have a good time and great meal. We were warmly greeted by any staff who came in contact with us. Our server was spot on with recommendations. We enjoyed the caprese salad,, followed by spaghetti with meatballs and ribeye cooked to perfection at medium rare. Finished our meal with the salted caramel budino. This was our first visit and won’t be our last!”

Let me begin by expressing how highly I regard this establishment. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there, and upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted with a “Happy Anniversary.” We were seated at a table I had requested, which was positioned near the window overlooking the Bellagio fountains. My wife was so moved that she shed tears of joy. Our server, Ronald, provided exceptional service; he thoroughly explained the menu and ensured that all our needs were met. The food was exquisite, the drinks were robust, and to top it all off, we were presented with a delightful chocolate treat to celebrate our anniversary. If you find yourself in Las Vegas, I highly recommend visiting Scarpetta; you will not be disappointed.

Tried the Scarpetta set menu (available until 9:30 pm) and really enjoyed the experience.
The bread basket with stromboli and dipping sauces was a highlight. It was so good, it’s hard not to fill up before the mains.
For primi, I had the Caprese (bufala mozzarella, heirloom tomato, balsamic reduction). The dish was fresh, simple, and perfectly balanced.
For piatti, the Day Boat Scallops were excellent. They were perfectly seared, paired with silky butternut squash purée, brightened by green apple, baby fennel salad, and a touch of Sicilian blood orange gastrique. The toasted pumpkin seeds added a lovely crunch. The chef did an amazing job as I’m still salivating over this dish.
For dolce, the sampler included four mini desserts: cheesecake, bomboloni, budino, and pistachio gelato. The cheesecake and budino were absolutely mind-blowing.
I also tried the Tagliolini agli Scampi (prawns, heirloom tomatoes, capers, lemon-garlic butter sauce). It was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The dish was quite rich, but the handmade pasta was absolutely divine.
The Sautéed Wild Mushrooms with garlic and fresh herbs were also a great addition.
Scarpetta nails the atmosphere. It is sleek, modern, with a great view if you snag a window seat. Overall, thoughtful dishes with great presentation and flavor. I’d go back just for the day boat scallops, tagliolini, cheesecake, and budino. Service by Gabriel was polished and attentive without being overbearing. Prices are on the higher side (it’s Vegas after all), but for a special night out, Scarpetta is a solid choice for refined Italian cuisine in Las Vegas. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Vegas!

We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and every time is an amazing meal/experience. This time we decided to split multiple pastas and the touch that sets this restaurant apart (besides how delicious the food is) is that they bring the pasta out already split into separate dishes so we don’t have to share. It’s a simple gesture but a brilliant one. The classic spaghetti is still our favorite and an absolute must. The cavatelli with lamb and the tagliolini nero aren’t far behind. The service is also phenomenal. We can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Wow! And I mean Wow! Only my regret was that we found this amazing hidden gem last day of our stay but if I would had knew before wasting my money at other restaurants this would had been my Daily spot! Let’s starts with my husband detest pasta. But it was my birthday and this place was recommended by an employee of a store. So he agreed and let’s just say he is now a fan!
GET THE TABLE SIDE TRUFFLE PASTA YOU WILL THANK ME! Add SCALLOPS! They melt in your mouth and the pasta was cooked to perfection the sauce was to Die for “super” delicate but yet so satisfying to the palate. Shaved table side truffles YUM!!! The table bread was also great both fresh only thing we did not enjoy was the calamari, it was a little chewy( am from Florida I know fresh) and the aioli sauce was missing something maybe lemon zest? But regardless the service was stupendous and the food was in my wordsOUT THE OF THIS WORLD FIRE!

Our experience at Scarpetta was nothing short of exceptional! It started off a little shaky as we did not realize how long the walk was to the restaurant after entering the building and my wife was in heels of course… The wait for our table was also longer than expected as we did have reservations. However, the wait was worth it as the staff was preparing my requested table with a good view of the Bellagio Fountains for our wedding anniversary. Coming through on my requested table was the first time Scarpetta impressed me. Scarpetta continued to impress me throughout the evening with its service from its staff (which all wished us a Happy Anniversary) including our waiter, Travis. The food from our salads (Caprese and Caesar) through our desserts (Tiramisu and Strawberry Tart) were delicious. For entrees, my wife had the Sea Bass and I had the Spaghetti – both did not disappoint. However, the “icing on the cake” was the special dessert platter we were surprised with for our wedding anniversary, which included a chocolate bar with ‘Buon Anniversario’ written on it. I highly recommend Scarpetta for your special evening out while in Las Vegas!
