My wife and I have been there now, twice. The first time, amazing. Everything was a hit from the service to the food quality. And the timing for everything was perfect.
Our second trip, probably even better. We were actually expecting great, and got it.
The food and menu are really good for this level of dining, and the prices, not cheap, but not excessive for the experience. And they have “standards” on their menu and a three month rotation selection, as well.
This is definitely our “go to” place for extra special date night.

We were delightfully surprised with how good Scarlet’s Steak and Seafood is. The atmosphere is very nice, upper scale with a distinct New Orleans vibe. The original O’Neil artwork adds a nice touch. We shared a Bison steak, which was surprisingly tender and flavorful. Our server was also great, friendly and attentive. The live background music added to our experience, fun but not too loud. We definitely will return to dine in the future.

I can’t comment on the food because we never made it past the host.
I’m from the Chicago area, so I have thick skin when it comes to customer service attitudes—but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I asked for a table for two, the host asked if we had a reservation. I said no and politely asked if one was required, even offering to make one if needed. He snapped back rudely, saying, “It would help if you did,” in an extremely dismissive tone.
What made it worse is that this happened around 12:30 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Despite seeing almost every table available, we were given an extremely long wait time that made no sense.
The attitude and lack of professionalism were enough for us to leave. We are in town for the week and were actually considering staying at the hotel as well, but after that horrible first impression, we won’t be returning.
Management really needs to reconsider who they have greeting guests—first impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

We had a reservation, so we were seated right away. The ambience is very nice and I think we lucked out with our waitress. I think her name was DJ she was absolutely fantastic. She had a great personality just very friendly and outgoing. She really made our night. The food was fantastic as well. Everything was seasoned really well. Loved the garlic spinach the flavor was just spot on. I also really liked the mushroom and crab soup. I had never had a soup like that before and it was just a very good. The drinks were also fantastic just an all around great evening.

My server was Erin. She had great customer service. Lovely personality. I ordered the cooked Oysters they tasted great but contained a lot of liquid under the melted toppings. The sweet potato casserole is like a 3 out of 10 tasted like it was sweetened with Splenda or a sugar substitute. The crab Mac & cheese had a great taste but was served cold. The lamb chops were ordered medium and they were cooked to perfection. Overall rating 8/10 . I would come back again!

For being inside the casino, this place tasted like a Michelin stared restaurant. Had the Japanese Wagu, Lamb chops, Duck fat fries, Cheesecake, and Creme Brule, with a chocolate martini. Erin was our server, she is amazing! Absolutely some of the absolute best food I’ve had in my life. Great job! Thank you for helping our anniversary amazing.

The prime rib tasted like it had no seasoning. The food everyone that was with me had was good. The place wasn’t packed but it took forever to get our food. Our waitress (DJ) was an absolute delight. Some improvement is needed here.

While staying at the Scarlet Pearl I was able to enjoy the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was as I wanted it.
There were great menu options. I chose the Deep Fried, Banana Stuffed French Toast, It was filled with Nutella and was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the original Bloody Mary and they spiced it just like I like it.
The whole experience was divine.

My partner and I dined here for our date night. We ordered the mussels, blue crab salad, flounder en papillote, and the scallops. The food was very good and the staff were very professional and attentive. They charge Las Vegas prices so be prepared to open your wallet but overall it was a very good experience in a city without many fine dining options. We will absolutely be back to try some of their other offerings.

Delicious food, called us Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery (probably because we had a reservation) excellent service. They made us feel so fancy. Live music! The bill was huge so I would probably only come here once or twice a year on special occasions. Worth it!
