The pizza was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had in a long time . The hookah service was excellent, smooth and well-prepared. What really made the visit special was the staff — super friendly, supportive, and always smiling. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

food very pricey and not best tasting, my friends got a club sandwich and it was very dry and still the ingredients werent fresh and it was just hard to eat, i got an avocado mushroom toast gladly it was a lot better

i really like the atmosphere , the best place in gleem bay , i like how elegant and cozy it is and how the couches are cozy as well , portion size is great and the pizza tastes good also the plate is really well , i had a rosemary chicken plate and it was awesome

We went to a special occasion dinner today and I’m so glad we didn’t pay attention to bad reviews here and decided to make our own opinion. This place is absolutely amazing! From the ambience to the service, everything was great. We were at the top floor and the view is absolutely gorgeous! The food and drinks were delicious. The pizza is definitely the best I have ever tried (inside and outside of Egypt). Creme brulee was also great, just like the ones that are made by French chefs.
Service definitely deserves a special note. Abderahman was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Speaking from the experience of working in restaurant industry in the past as well as visiting lots of restaurants in different countries, this place follows very high standards.
Scala is definitely my favorite restaurant in Alexandria so far and I’m looking forward to coming back there over and over again!
