Not sure why this place received such poor reviews but I have to disagree. I am a huge pizza lover and this hit the spot!
Customer service was great and with a smile.
Picked up a duo pepperoni slice around noon. The slice was soft, cheese was plenty,sauce had the right level of seasoning, and the dough was airy and light.
Perhaps it tasted so good because of the time of day. The lady behind the counter did inform me that all the slices were fresh.
I’d urge you to pick up a slice around noon and see for yourself.

We stopped here for a quick lunch while shopping. The service was rude and unfriendly. The pizzas were ok for a quick bite to eat, providing the necessary energy boost, but pizzas were quite ordinary and not comparable to better pizzas we’ve had elsewhere.

Sbarro has some great pizza, we all know that. This review is about their spaghetti. The spaghetti tastes good, and you get a good size serving for $10 however my complaint is there was barely any sauce with the pasta! There was about 1/4 cup of cause for probably 6 or 8 oz of pasta, I ended up taking over alf the pasta out and tossing it so that what was left would have enough sauce to be edible. I’m glad what I was able to eat was tasty but I am disappointed with the lack of sauce.

This was by far the worst Sbarro I’ve ever been to in the nation. The “XL New York Slice” was neither “XL” nor a “New York slice”. The slice was also bland. Where are the spices? The crust was also doughy and extremely long at the edges, in some places 2 1/2 inches wide from the edges, but it varied between 1” and 2 1/2”. The heat was not sufficient where the pizza is kept, causing the cold cheese to become rubbery. Even after putting the slice in an oven to heat, it wasn’t hot.

My wife ordered a meal. She was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later she was again told it would be ready in 10 minutes. She didn’t see any progress being made.
She asked for her money back. The person at the counter said he couldn’t refund her money without his manager. He made no attempt to contact the manager.
My wife eventually went elsewhere. Sbarros’ never refunded her money or gave her any food.

I love their quality of pizza but the I’ve had a few problems with their costumer service they have taken a while to make just one pizza (at the West Towne Mall in Madison) even though I’ve gotten free pizza because of the problem, I still had to wait and I had to run arrands. Overall, their food is great.
