If you’re hungry and want a quick bite to eat while shopping in the west farms mall this place isn’t too bad. I ordered the combo that came with 2 bread sticks with sauce, a slice of pizza and a fountain soda. It was around 11$ plus tax. Staff was friendly and service fast.

After some disappointing pizzas at the local pizza shops, we regularly use, this place was suggested to me as an option of consistency. I was pleasantly surprised, pizza was actually good here. You buy the pizza by the slice and there were several options available. Prices were average and the staff here here was friendly. If you are shopping at Westfarms Mall and want to get some pizza, this place will not disappoint.
The winner of the evening was the pepperoni pizza!

Had 2 slices of pizza from there yesterday. Barely made it to work before I got sick and had to go to the bathroom. When I was sitting there eating I realized they just keep their cooked pizza on a rack not covered or kept warm that is so gross and leads to so much bacteria. I will never eat that pizza agin

It has been a while since I stepped foot in a Sbarro’s, and to be quite honest, I was a little disappointed. The slices, while nice and hot, just didn’t taste like I remember it used to being. It’s not that it was bad; it was just that it was like a little bit of my childhood was discarded by the wayside like so many forgotten memories.

Inside, there was plenty of pizza (as well as other foodstuffs), but unfortunately, there were also a whole bunch of slack jaws who were so self-absorbed as to not see the growing line behind them as they dwadled down the service line.

The seats were not uncomfortable, and, despite the onslaught of fellow shoppers all looking for the same snack, plentiful.

I will very likely go back at some point, and really hope that they (as a company) continue to thrive.

I gave you 2 stars because the pizza was okay, but I don’t recommend ANYONE comes here with staff like that. THE worst experience I’ve ever had.

The pizza was okay, but not worth the price. That being said, the staff are absolutely rude, nasty, ignorant individuals. Store closes at 6, arrived at 5:25, they said they are no longer making fresh pizzas, even though they literally plopped down 2 fresh pizzas onto the counter in front of me (one was entirely burnt to ash). We asked if they mind us sitting down to eat or if they’d like for us to leave due to closing time. The manager woman argued with us about wanting to go home, so we said we won’t sit down, then she proceeded to say it’s okay to sit for 10 minutes. Afterwards at the register she starts saying to her employees “I want to go home, but these rude customers just don’t care about us.” Mind you, this is 30 minutes before closing AND we asked politely if they wanted us to not sit down because we understand wanting to go home after a long day of work. 25 minutes prior to closing, as we were leaving, new customers started to come in but the manager shouted at them to leave, then had her larger employee escort them out and close the gate on them, WHILE my group was still in the restaurant. He then opened it a TAD bit for us so we’d have to crouch down to get out, we asked if he could raise it so my friends father who is having knee surgery, who also can’t bend down, could get out. He mumbled “lazy” and opened it.
