We haven’t been in the NWA mall in several years. We were pleasantly surprised at Sbarro. The cleanliness and presentation is what drew us to this restaurant. Not to mention the ladies behind the counter being so kind and friendly. We ordered the cheese pizza, Cesar salad and the tomato cucumber salads. Everything was fresh and so tasty! Highly recommended!

More of a 2.5 stars. The pizza just sits there and gets cold so when you pick out what pizza you want they stick it in the oven for a bit. Which would have been ok but they didn’t leave it in long enough, it was a little over room temperature. It was still kind of good though and it was about 5 bucks. I give it a ‘meh’

Unacceptable, service was poor at pickup. I made online order for latest 7:45pm pickup, and got there to find it had been there for hours. None of the employees knew whose it was, and management refused to remake, or remedy anything. I wanted the freshest possible pizza for my coworkers, but had sincerely apologize for this leftover-style pizza

Good: My daughter’s baked ziti was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not so good: The pizza slice and stromboli my wife and i had though were about room temperature. They did go in the oven for a few moments after we ordered them, however, I think that brought them to room temperature as they were barely in long enough. I can’t comment beyond that about the stromboli, however my pizza slice was mediocre at best. Likely would have been better were it hot and fresh.

We got there around 11 am, saw a 3 trades of pizza ready, the lady was busy on phone, came and said it wasn’t ready. I was only wanting to order 1 slice. We waited around 20 mins, she did get more stuff out, other customers standing around waiting and no one has been helped. Why say open at 10am or 11am and not be ready to serve customers? We decided to not order as it seems too much of a hassle for the workers.

Terrible service at this location. Normally Sbarro is spectacular. DO NOT ORDER full sized pizzas. They don’t have the ingredients to actually make them, they just have slices, but their website will let you order it. They will attempt to fashion a weird pizza out of breadstick dough and pasta sauce but it is not what you are thinking. This happened to me, I reached out to management and they have ignored me.

Ordered a pizza through doordash. Sbarro used to be delicious. I received a pizza with enough cheese and Grease for 3 pizzas, about 6 pepperoni, and the crust was absolutely raw! Even tried to bake it longer, but the amount of cheese and grease was just too much. I could literally pull the dough crust up in strings with a fork. And not to mention virtually no sauce. It was terrible.
