I believe a 0-star review is warranted. We arrived at 10:52am, and the staff informed us that they would be open at 11:00 am We understood, as they appeared to be preparing for the day. After walking around, we returned at 11:02am. Upon our return, she stated that they would open at 11:10am I found this confusing, as no establishment typically opens at 11:10am. My son merely wanted a lemonade while waiting for the food to be done, which I mentioned to the lady present. She responded, “There are other places,” while pointing at other restaurants. I then reminded her that she had previously stated they would be open at 11:00 am. However, she completely ignored my remark. I do comprehend that delays can occur when staff are busy, and that circumstances can be beyond control. Nevertheless, it is inappropriate to declare the establishment closed when it is supposed to be open.

An extremely unpleasant situation happened to me. When I received my pizza, I went to add grated Parmesan cheese from the container that is placed in front of the cashier. However, the container, which you’re supposed to shake for the cheese to come out, opened completely and spilled all over my pizza slice. At that moment, I asked them to replace my pizza, since the store should be more careful to prevent this kind of thing. However, the attendant, who was very rude, refused to replace it and only expressed regret. I found this to be a huge lack of respect and consideration. The accident was obviously not my fault! I’ll never set foot in that place again.

Great service! The young lady who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Pizza , though I’m not a fan of pizza anymore, was good. Everyone liked it! Four slices were over $16! It’s the mall and Massachusetts.

Not the best pizza just wanted to remind myself why I tell people not to eat it. Pizzas undercooked very bland not even hot even after they heat it back up for not even two min. My slice of cheese was super soggy and I are here at 12 noon. I didn’t even finish it. Sorry guys. They need a real pizza place in that mall.

The spaghetti with meatball is too expensive. Considering the plain spaghetti with tomato sauce is already at $6, you would think adding the meat ball for $1 more is a steal. But no, they put so little sauce in the spaghetti that you would be fine calling it The plain spaghetti with meatball. You would be better off getting their pizza instead. They do have a deal of 6 slices (whole box) of pizza for only $12 at the end of day.

I was verbally abused by the manager at the Sbarros at the Natick mall. I have struggled with weight all my life. To get it under control, I started walking the Natick mall daily. One Sunday morning, the manager of a sbarros calls me over. He accused me of taking pictures of his staff. I had no clue what he was talking about. Then it dawned on me that the night before, I took a picture of a plate of food from sbarros posting it to social media about how good temptations are everywhere. I showed him the picture and then the post- but he was not satisfied. He was positive I was up to no good. He started swearing at me threatening to call the cops. I said go ahead- I doubt police arrest people for taking pictures of terrible food. He sweared at me some more until security finally came over. They check my phone, asked me what happened sending me on my way to finish my walk and the manager home for causing a scene. I’ve reached out the sbarros a number of times about this exchange. I have this story saved in a note on my phone because it keeps getting pulled down. Now everytime I think about bad pizza- I check this review and repost it if it’s been taken down. I want an apology- that’s it. Next time I’m posting the video to YouTube.

Dude behind the counter was acting funny when I asked how much a slice of pizza was. Other than that the pizza was good.

Placed my order and asked for no ice in my fountain drink. Lady fills my drink half way and I asked to fill it, the lady says, “No, that’s the amount with no ice.” I am pretty sure the owner is problem and not the worker.
