This place has terrible customer service. They advertise a combo deal for $13.49, which is 2 slices and a drink. I ordered 4 slices and 3 drinks (2 pepproni, 1 Hawaiian, 1 veggie, should have been 2 combos with an extra drink) and realized after I paid that they overcharged me. We went back to dispute the transaction, to which they responded it’s only for pepperoni slices. The advertisement says nothing of only being pepperoni slices; there’s actually a different slice pictured. This is false advertising. They offered us only $1 back, and we had to argue to get more. They gave us $3 back, but only after we sat there and fought with them. Super unprofessional and misleading. I love Sbarro, but this location will never get my business again.

Found the service to be good, the cashier was very friendly. The pizza was a step up from frozen pizza you can get from the grocery store; no color at all on the underside of the slices, and the flavor was below average.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Sbarro was so disappointing that it deserves attention. They advertise a “2 slices and a soda” deal that sounds decent on paper, but the reality is completely different. The so-called “deal” is misleading – you don’t get the price or portions you expect, and it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic just to pull people in. On top of that, the prices for everything else are ridiculously high compared to the quality you actually get.
The pizza itself was bland, greasy, and lukewarm, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The slices were small and floppy, nowhere near what you’d expect for the price they charge. To make things worse, the staff seemed uninterested and rushed, like they couldn’t care less about customer feeling cheated and unsatisfied. For a place that’s supposed to represent quick, reliable pizza, Sbarro completely fails. Save your money and avoid this place – there are plenty of better pizza spots around that won’t mislead you with fake advertising or drain your wallet for mediocre food.

Pizza is good. Service is hit and miss. Pricing is not as advertised. Got 2 Slice with drink for$13.xx deal. But ended up paying $18.xx. Check you receipts!

Worst place to go and waste your money, the customer service was terrible, terrible, terrible and they don’t even use gloves and they have some kind of attitude as if they own this world if you are working have some work ethics. Never going back. And they reheated the pizza which looked like it was made in the morning and the cheese was so hard. Terrible store and terrible food, after eating I’m feeling sick now and throwing up.

Yeah, lokey, my Dr pepper was watered down, and they charge for ranch, which the pizza definitely needs. Wish they didn’t show you the fact that they reheat the pizza in their glorified microwave in front of you. Employees where fine.
