I called to order a pizza to go, it was close to 7:30 and the a guy answered me, I got out the words order to go and all of a sudden the phone was silent, It did not disconnect buy was just silent. I hung up after awhile called back and now it was busy tried for the next 10 to 15 min and still busy. Luckly I was close to the mall, I was upset because other times if it’s close to their closing time they won’t take an order. So I figured let me get off and walk up.. well not surprisingly they were cleaning had moved their prepared food all together… Guess what, there getting ready to leave soon, I guess. Anyway they could tell I was upset, I ordered my two pizzas, the guy walks out the back area and stairs at the girl taking my order. I smile and said I was the one that called and you did not finish my order. Under my breath I said I guess your making the pizza after all… And paid. Then proceeded to sit right in front and make sure they did my pizza well. Lol. I can’t say nothing bad about their food but service is not the best. I wonder if the owners know what is going on …

The pizzas were bland and cold, the drimks are flat. I asked if they can replace my drinks and the manager said they are all from same hose. She didnt give me a resolution. The area was messy. The service was not nice.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. They said they were gonna take about 20 mins. After 20 mins i came and they said 10 mins. At the end, I ended up waiting 50 mins for a pizza. Not a single sorry or care. The moment I grabbed the slice all of the cheese fell off. The pizza was fine but it wasn’t great.
Main Event did a better service. I had to wait about 20 mins more than usual and they offered me a refund, free drink, free slushie, but i said its fine and they still insisted I take some fries. Sabarro could’ve done something of the similar.

Bad experience. Found a hair in a salad. And while the employee did refund the meal, the suggestion to offer customers a fresh salad batch was laughed away. They disregarded this because the hair found did not match the employees, not taking into consideration that the prepackaged salad could have been contaminated when it was originally packaged. Would not recommend.

I love sbarros when i it at the restaurant so i was excited to be able to have it delivered. Never again! The pizza was COLD, the ceasar salads did not have ceasar dressing, no cheesecakes, and i also did not receive my side of pasta salad. Sbarros, your food is awesome but if you do not know how to provide the same awesome food and service for delivery then you should not offer the service. I will never order for delivery again.

Called to place an order for pick up, second time they refused. Manager asked why I wanted to place an order, they didn’t want to cook a whole pizza because they didn’t want to do more work. That was the explanation. Not to mention they were rude the whole time.

I think the food is good but the last time I attempted to buy food here I saw a small cockroach crawling around where all the sides are out! Super disgusting! of course I went to a different restaurant instead! please please correct this Sbarro! That was enough to make me not want to eat here ever again!
