We ordered our food but the food was not really hot. The service part really needs attention. First the cashier had trouble understanding the order so he called a lady to ask. The lady barely spoke english but between both of them they got the order. When I asked for the pepper and cheese for the pizza, the lady seemed to have an attitude. Not really good for business. Js

I paid for 1 large lemonade drink and they give me large cup full of ice & little be lemonade I went back to get a refill & the manager (Antonio Umaña) refused to get me refill. I told him the cup was full of Ice but his attitude as manager was very poor & not the best.
I will not go back ever again or tell any of my friends to go there and eat with this service, besides we are regular customers but at this point I’ll tell people go to other restaurants but not this one it’s a rip off

This is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to try Sbarro even though I’ve been to multiple different malls with Sbarros in them
The staff at the Dulles Mall location were very friendly and polite and seemed to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy. We ordered 2 of the XL NY style slices and they were very very good. I love the fresh crispness of the dough throughout the slice and the ingredients were fresh as well.
I dont know if you can order Sbarros “by the pizza” instead of “by the slice” but I’ll definitely be a regular if you can

Personally, one of my favorite pizza places. I’ve been going here since I was a very young child, around 6 years old, and I still stop by to grab a slice every now and then when I’m in the area. The food is great and the staff are easy to deal with.

Today, I was at the food court of Dulles Town Center. My 19 month old son wanted to go to the carousel, but I didn’t have any cash to pay for the ride. I asked the employees at Sbarro if I can pay $5 extra for a soda, and if they can convert it to cash? Unfortunately, they couldn’t because the system wouldn’t recognize that transaction. Then, the female cashier ( María or Marta, can’t remember her name) ran to the back of the counter and brought $2 from her purse and handed it to me with a smile. She said, here, have fun . I told her that I will repay her and thanked her many times. The employees of Sbarro are a jewel⚘⚘

Pooooor customer service by the little Spanish person. She shouldn’t work if she has problems with people. It was a really a bad experience trying to order their special at 2:15pm Sunday July 18th.
