The pho itself was fine, but honestly the cleanliness really turned me off.
I was served a Diet Pepsi that was right at its expiry date (expiring the next day), which already didn’t feel great. On top of that, the chili sauce bottles were very dirty, and even the cup for lemonade had visible stains on the outside.
These things together made the place feel unhygienic, which is disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

The best food to get when in we visit salmon arm. I have made a trip just to get some quiet time away and the food was soooooo good. The building itself is a little run down but I actually think thats a good sign when I go to a restaurant as they prioritize the food and the experience. 10/10 will come again with and without my family hah

This restaurant has amazing and authentic vietnamese food, as well as a great atmosphere and very cute interior/exterior. All of the workers are very friendly and welcoming too!
I tried the vermicelli noodles, the spring rolls, and the salad rolls, all of which were so delicious. Not to mention the amounts and proportions were great for the price! I was also pleasantly surprised to be served my bubble tea in a 100% compostable cup I will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu!

I have been eating Vietnamese food for over 30 years and experienced Vietnamese food in Vietnam .
Pho Ly is the best Vietnamese food I have in my life.
The soup broth is outstanding Best ever !!! . Vermicelli fabulous. Chicken wrap is fantastic. All the dishes are outstanding. The staff is friendly and cares about their customers immensely.
It is the best Vietnamese resturant in Salmon Arm by far and better then most in the Okanogan which I have tried most of them . So do yourself a favor and have this delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

Authentic means having the same flavour and richness as a PHO in vietnam which is not the case.
Bland- watery taste- Not authentic if you went to eat Pho in Vietnam.
Waiter lost our order and we waited 45 minutes to be served a pho. Mistakes happen but the taste was disappointing – Usually Pho is served with lime on the side , coriander and sprout beans.
Yes sprout beans were there but no lime. & again the Broth had unfortunally not the rich flavour as a real Vietnamese Pho.
It felt like a very cheap experience. The waiter never apologized , did not offer tea or anything while we were waiting for our forgotten order.
Hope you get a better experience than us !

We tried the beef noodle pho (#11) which a bit salty but still ok.
For the vermicelli grill pork recommended to eat.
Some of the pho with meat ball, the meat ball just ok.

But I think it would be wonderful and authentic if there is sweet basil and lemon, because the soup need a little bit sour and sweet flavor, not just the beef broth.
So the small plate of garnish needs sweet basil, lemon, and chopped chili.

WOW! This restaurant has quickly topped our list of local favorites. Today we ordered the Shrimp Salad rolls and they were so fresh and delightful. We were happy to see large portion sizes and a delicious peanut sauce. Fresh flavors and ingredients put this place far above the rest!
The Honeydew Bubble tea was so flavourful and just what I was craving.
Update: A year later and it just gets better every visit.
The Pho dishes are so warming.
The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is a show stopper.
