There were so many places to eat in the food court in Carolina Mall. But my son insisted on eating at Sbarro. I’m glad we did!!! The store manager Auria was really courteous and professional. I’ve been in customer service and sales for 30+ years. I know good service when I see it and Auria did an amazing job!! I was really impressed. Hopefully, this “good” review will get to corporate. We all know bad news travels like wild fire. We definitely will be back!!! 🙂

Pizza has a unique taste that is very different from other pizza places but that is a good thing. Love the taste of the pepperoni pizza. The strambolis could be a bit bigger but they are good as well. Staff has a lot to be desired. I mean I get it they are kids but come one clean them up or make themselves get groomed instead of the grunge unbathed look of Seattle Washington. I mean these people handle our food.

I recently tried Sbarro’s for the first time. Customer service is excellent. Super friendly and attentive. Food is great. I tend to avoid pizza food chains due to their food always being so greasy. Sbarro’s food is amazing; not greasy, but still flavorful. I tried the stromboli, & cheese and pepperoni pizza. All great!

Second visit and second great experience. The manager John, who waited one me both times was engaging with customers I’m assuming regulars by name. Had a great atmosphere and could really tell he sincerely cared about each customer. Will be making it my regular lunch stop when working in the area.

I had an urge for pizza one day for lunch, but I wanted something much more singular. I thought about Sbarro at the mall and that they had strombolis and I thought is sounded like it would be perfect to hit my hunger spot. It was a thursday so the mall wasnt busy and I walked right up as soon as i got there. Everything looked freshly prepared from at least that day. The pasta looked good, but I was now on a strombolli mission! I ordered a Sausage, Bacon and Pepperoni stromboli with a ceasar side salad, and I also got a strawberry lemonade. It was all about $13. The strombolli came with a side of marinara, and the salad came with a dressing (I chose ranch). When I ate it I noticed the bacon was put on top of the roll which fell off almost immediately, but it was still a pretty satisfying lunch. There was lots of what seemed like real shreaded parmesean cheese on a really small salad. I really should have gotten the ceasar dressing instead! 7.5/10.
