The location doesn’t get online orders. So if you place an order on Sabarros website, pay for it then go to pick it up they will not have your pizza or be able to refund your order.

Can’t get anyone on the phone to place an order, tried 3 times and no answer not even to a voicemail. Pizza comes out soggy and sometimes not fully cooked. On the app you can’t select to do half and half for toppings. But get there and order a pizza you’re looking at 20 mins before it comes out ready for you. Sometimes not enough sauce and too much cheese so when you take your first bite all the toppings come right off. Atmosphere for being at a gas station isn’t bad but you don’t know who is supposed to take care of the tables so they are sticky 90% of the time.

The pizza is good when they are open on time. The past 3 mornings I’ve tried to go at about 7:30 am. There hasn’t been anyone there or working. It says they are supposed to be open at 7.

Foods good when you can get it but their staff needs more training. Ordered a pizza and waited half an hour to find they never made my order and than no one could issue me a refund since I was now late trying to get back to work for lunch I just had to leave with no food or my money. Probably won’t come back again.

The people who work here are infuriating. I’ve been to many Sbarro’s and their pizza is generally good. At this location every time they put on too much cheese and they don’t bake the pizza, it comes out a mush. And every time I go and order I ask them to bake it well and give me light cheese. They never do. I just got home again with another xl pizza that we can’t eat. Blows my mind how incompetent these employees are.
