I went in to order in person and placed my ordered two 17″ pepperoni pies for one of my crews working in the area. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. After the time was up, I went in and and asked a guy working if the order was ready, he said, “not yet”. I waited another 10 minutes and went back in. That’s when Jayleen, who took my order and payment, said she forgot to make it. She started doing this low talking voice and then acted like she was crying. It was truly a weird interaction! She said she would refund the money. I asked if it possible to get them made and she just looked at me and continued with the “crocodile tears” until I said, a refund is fine. Like that, she was back to speaking normal. Said, “thanks for the understanding”. I replied, “I don’t understand. I’m just going to go somewhere else.” I left and went to Papa Johns just up the road. They were quick and easy. 15 minutes later I had the two pies and was heading to guys to have some lunch. It was such a weird experience, I won’t be back.

Pizza can be good. Service is usually not so much. We ordered a pizza and showed up 30 mins later to find employees goofing off on their phones sitting in the office and had not even started our order. We got a refund and left, not the first time we’ve had less than ideal customer service from this location.

I would have rated them 1 star a year ago, but they seem to have gotten better people. They are friendly and pretty fast. The new group is a thousand times better than they have been in the past. I hope they can keep their current employees (they make a big difference).

The food is always good but on multiple occasions I’ve placed an order that has been cancelled because they were out of ONE item in my multiple item order. I was able to reorder when I called in and removed the item that they were out of. Price also just randomly went up like 25%, so it’s not worth the trouble any more.

Employees straight ignore customer.and dash delivery drivers. Been there twice and will not order or pick up from there again. Employee. Address you as “here you go brother””. Then when u tell him hes no brother of mine. He cops attitude. . horrible customer service
