Very good experience at sbarro this morning. We arrived at about 11:10, right after opening, and all of the food was out and fresh. Everything looked amazing-we wanted it all. We ended up trying the pizza, spaghetti with meatballs, and breadsticks and it was all so good. The workers were also very friendly and quick. Would definitely go back

Food was good but the service was god awful. I normally don’t complain about getting a healthy serving of food, but the lady kept slowly heaping on so much spaghetti that the bowl fell into the food drainage water tray. But instead of getting a new bowl, she just started to refill the same one again. Filled it so utterly high that she couldn’t get any meatballs or sauce in it and had to put some back. Then I was handed the bowl that was still soaked on the bottom from said food drainage water. It was a huge waste of $12.

A day late…On Tuesday, 01/24/23, my husband and I stopped by at about 12:15pm. There were only two people, one cooking and the other on the other side. The man putting items in the oven acted as if he couldn’t hear us when we asked if it was a combo pizza (pepperoni and sausage) that he had put in the oven and was really rude about it. When I asked the female what time they opened, she mumbled something from way in the back. We walked away. First of all, the food isn’t all that. Ever since the old crew left years ago, it’s continued to roll down hill on quality and taste. Secondly, they ought to be glad to get any business at all as slow and unconcerned as they are. Finally, why get snippy with us because we showed up to place an order and they weren’t ready? If the place opens at noon then by 12:15pm you should be at that counter ready to take customer orders… so unprofessional and sloppy! We certainly won’t be returning.

I go to the mall ATLEAST once every couple weeks. There is a woman with short hair. Almost man looking(sorry). Anyways, she ruins the entire service all together. She’s just rude. She has her AirPods in and will just ignore you. I see other comments I believe speaking upon this same lady. So, yes.service poor because of her. Also, food can be poor at times. Gaven me a very cold pizza on acouple occasions .Which I understand. Also, got my sons haircut went to go get his usual slice. They were closing a hour early “ to prep”. Threw the whole pizza away in front of us. Could’ve just let my son buy a slice. Not a horrible place though. Stromboli’s are good. Pizza is undercooked but hey my 5 year old loves pizza!

Ordered a slice of pepperoni and when i got it the entire first half of my slice was missing. so I went back to ask them to give me a new slice, and the girl grabs a new slice and puts it in the oven for 5 seconds and gives it to me, I asked how could that me mine slice when she just put it in there, there’s no way it’s already hot& she gave it to me anyways. My slice was cold.

Food is normally pretty good.
I just get annoyed when a store is supposed to be open and serving customers but nothing is cooked and ready until an hour later and they tell you they can’t serve you until everything is cooked but you see them serve men with no problem.
