I’m pretty sure I had a newbie make my whole pizza as all the dough was moved to the crust, I barely tasted any marinara sauce (he could have forgot to add it on as I didn’t see any red sauce on my slice). When I went to grab my pizza slice the center dough was SO THIN it broke off halfway down my pizza and was stuck to the box. This TA gas station Sbarro is punishing you for ordering an ENTIRE WHOLE pizza instead of just 1 slice. I promise you, do not get a whole pizza ever – only the slices you can SEE when ordering because they will screw you over to ensure you ONLY order by the slice from here on forward. They DO NOT want to make an entire pizza for you EVER and this is the THIRD time this has happened so I am not giving them anymore of my money unless I see the slice of pizza. Just look at how thick the crust is! Just buy a slice to avoid the disappointment at TA travel center Sbarro. Very sad 3/10 pizza if you buy a whole pizza – BUY SLICES YOU CAN SEE *ONLY* AT THIS LOCATION

Just bought a whole pizza.. for $26! I expected to see the dough and to my view there was a pre-made pizza that already went thru the oven sitting on a pizza rack. Instead of making my pizza from a ball of dough I was given a pre-heated pizza that was there for who knows how long. If they serve that to customers they would surely don’t care if I had said something. Just don’t buy from them.

I love sbarro every time everywhere but ar this place urworker alexsis she is too rude and try to make me fool i ordered the large roasted potatoes then they said we have not enough quantity for large and then they put more potatoes in oven and alexis she knows very well this situation but after 5 min she come she put little bit potatoes in large box and than i said doesn’t need large she put that all potatoes in small box it means clearly she trying to charge me more

After barely walking up to the counter the associate yelled they were closed! (6 minutes before closing) I asked what she was about to do with the pizza and she said box it up and give it to associates. All I wanted was 1 slice of pepperoni that I could’ve paid for and heated it up myself. After walking back and taking pictures of the signs because Google hours are wrong I asked her what her name was. Why? She asked. I told her because I’m going to talk to corporate. She told me she was off the clock and she didn’t have to give it to me (while boxing up all the pizza and cleaning up). So I guess working for free is what she does too. Interesting.
