Aztec Burger has become one of our go-to burger spots in Henderson. We’ve eaten here a few times now and the smashed burgers are consistently on point. I usually order the OG without cheese, and my husband loves the half-and-half burger with chorizo (also without cheese). Both are always flavorful and cooked just right.
The portions are great too — the burgers come with a generous serving of fries, which makes it an even better value. If you’re in Henderson and craving a really good smashed burger, Aztec Burger is definitely worth checking out.

WOW! This is a hidden gem, tucked away off Horizon Ridge and Arroyo Grande. Aztec Burgers is a new Henderson fast casual spot that took over what used to be another burger joint, Fat Boy.
A perfect smash burger that hit all the right notes, ultra thin, crispy edged patties with that golden, savory meat lace. We had a couple of Smash burgers, fries, and the hotdog. Love that they use brioche buns for the burgers and the seasoned fries were so good ! Yummy
These burgers are made fresh , juicy and cooked to perfection , AND they come with fries! The prices are very reasonable, too!
The service was friendly and impressively quick, which really added to the overall experience. The ambiance is casual and bright. It is a counter service restaurant.
It should be said ,this is the best smash burger in the valley. Overall, a shockingly great smash burger, and my favorite at this point.

We had some family in town and there kids wanted burgers so we figured why not give Aztec a try. When we arrived it wasn’t super busy, two other parties were eating but that took up most of the seating so we were fortunate to get that last table. The interior is pretty simple with just the tables and chairs. We checked out the menu board and placed our order not super friendly in the service department. Our order was ready in a pretty timely manner. All our orders were correct as well. I wasn’t overly impressed with my burger and the fries weren’t very good as well. The kids liked everything but overall nothing was awesome. I personally would probably not return.

We’ve been here a few times now and the food does not disappoint. I’m a huge chorizo fan and the chori burgers are legit. Last visit was the half and half smashed, the classic burger, and sonora dog. All fantastic. Service was great and glad to wait the few extra minutes for fresh made food. This spot is becoming a regular.

Great burgers and nice friendly staff. The burgers were fresh and tasty!! My friend got the fajita burger and I got the OG smash burger. We shared regular French fries and Sweet potatoe fries!! All were amazing!!

I have been here twice so far to try both of the chilaquiles burgers (red and green) and they’re great! The burgers come with fries so you don’t have to order them separately which is nice. So far I just tried those burgers and will be coming back to try the others too.

I was going to go to a place across town for a smash burger, but search Google and Aztec had higher ratings so I went here. Did not disappoint. I had the OG smash with onion rings. Everything was top notch. Fast service. Will go back for sure!

My family and I come here often. The burgers are delicious and they have some unique options! And the fries are always very crunchy and flavorful. We LOVE their burgers. We’ve recommended Aztec Burgers to several friends and family and always receive a good report from them.
I didn’t give them a full 5 stars only because their drinks are a bit high in price and I don’t like that they don’t have the price on the menu. It’s a nasty surprise after paying the bills. We will come back, but get water from here on. Soda shouldn’t be $4 when it’s literally the cheapest to serve.

Blown away!! So freakin’ delicious and honestly might be the best burger I’ve had in Vegas. I had the Aztec Burger and my boyfriend had the OG Smash Burger. Both were super flavorful and juicy with perfect toppings. Also, the fries and sweet potato fries were on point – pretty sure they are hand cut. Employees were very nice, offered great suggestions and the food came out quickly. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious burgers!!! The Classic Burger with Onion Rings are a great combination. I ordered my protein style and it was amazing. Chicken wings are also perfect! I’ve been here many times and they have not disappointed. Highly recommend.
