The food presentation is disgusting. They’re supposed to have hot food or at least on a medium heat with some steam coming out of it before serving it. The employee working there looks depressed and bored there’s no quality control whatsoever. They have a low rating which reflects how unprofessional the business is operated. The owner should be fined with a violations, mall is to blame as well no wonder mall has gone down.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. The customer service was terrible from the moment we walked up to order, The cashier was extremely rude and completely inattentive—she was more focused on her phone and AirPods than on helping customers. When we asked simple questions about the menu and what came on the supreme pizza, she couldn’t explain anything and instead just pointed at the display in a dismissive way. Communication was very difficult, and it felt like our questions were an inconvenience rather than part of her job. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and rude attitude made this a very unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning.if I can rate the customer service a negative 10 I would.
