I have gone here once a day for about a year now, the service has gotten so bad lately. It takes 10 minutes to order through the drive through some times, with two cars in front of me. That is understandable, but they have gotten my order wrong a lot lately, I got pesto toast not even on the menu…. I will not be going here anymore. Even when the order is right the coffee has been burnt. I am disappointed since it was so convenient on my drive into work.

I usually go by here on my way to work. Its either a hit or miss at thus location. I order snacking bacon and its cold with thick oil on it. Today they messed up my whole order, first I asked for hot coffee they tried to give me cold. When I got to work I got the wrong sandwich. Ugh that’s annoying.

Terrible experience and I go to a lot of Duncans. This was the worst treatment from an employee. Gray C. should be fired. She wanted to blame me for them not having what I wanted. Don’t go there. Skip and go to another one. There are many other Duncans that will respect your business.
