Everyone that works here is extremely rude if not outwardly hostile towards you. I get that working a food service job is tough but it’s another thing to almost go out of your way to speak towards you with utter hatred. Food is terrible, the pastas are soaked in watery-grease. I honestly dont even know how sanitary it is. The management should take a close look at the people they’re hiring because they are very rude, especially the lady with the tan bonnet and the man who’s typically at the register looking like he wants to kill everyone there.

It’s in a food court so you get that kind of atmosphere, also really glad to have Sbarros back at four seasons!! I got the special with two slices. A sausage & pepperoni and a 4cheese and a drink. The pizza was great I put the garlic, Parmesan, and red pepper! *chefs kiss* the lady taking the order was nice & friendly, very kind, but as I got to the register to pay and get my drink, I really felt like I wasn’t wanted there. Kamaira? Or something like that was pretty rude. I didn’t say anything to management because I didn’t want to cause a fuss but I will definitely say something next time I’m in there.

the wait at this place is longer than waiting in the line for a roller coaster that just opened. i was here for the beta convention in february and the service is so long. this service SUCKS. they are severely understaffed while other places are zip zap. never go to sbarro in the food court.
