Every time i have ordered Jimmy Johns through THEIR app, it redirects to an uber driver. It always cuts out part of my address and the driver is left with an incorect address to my location. There is no way for me to contact uber because they dont accept phone calls and the order is not connected to my UBER eats account.. If i order through jimmy johns, i should be getting my food delivered by them with my correct address. now i have to covince this uber driver to deliver my food to the correct location..

The female window worker handed me the drink and the top wasn’t on all the way and I lost most of my drink, as well as my car was sticky. She just gave me my sandwich by itself, no bag and didn’t ask if i wanted a receipt. Me and my husband will not be returning.

Ordered through the app and got my order wrong. They also made the sandwich poorly. Was disappointed by this. I couldn’t even drink my drink bc they gave me the wrong drink. There’s no where in the app to fix this either. Just basically wasted my money on what I didn’t order. It’s unfortunate.

Whoever was at the drive-thru window on 08/21/25 at 11:30am was rude, I ordered at the talk box, waited for a response and got nothing. I even said “hello” into the box and no one responded. Then I looked up at the window and saw her looking at me. She didn’t wave me up to the window and didn’t apologize for not saying a word. Then she messed up my change. When I didn’t respond to her when she told me to have a nice day she had attitude and said “thank you,” even though I never acknowledged her, like she did to me. I know 2 wrongs don’t make a right but you don’t know what people are going through on a daily basis. When I confronted her because she had attitude about me ignoring her like she did to me, she tried to gaslight me and tell me “I’m sorry you didn’t hear me when I spoke back to you,” when I deliberately said “hello,” and waited another minute for a response. Unbelievable customer service. Shame on this employee. I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s and used to work for them years ago, and so much has changed unfortunately. Sadly this ruined my experience and I won’t support this franchise anymore.

They forgot the turkey on both the beach club sandwiches we got. We went back in to get them to add turkey and not a single person working apologized us. The girls making the sandwiches acted annoyed that they had to add the turkey to our sandwiches.

Placed on 3+min hold, missing a sandwich from my order, one sandwich had a piece of the plastic in the sandwich (see pic). When I called back about my missing sandwich, I was placed on a 10+min hold so hung up and called again. When I was finally off the third hold, I told them about my missing sandwich and they knew which one it was…so…not likely to visit/order from this JJ again.
