Do not walk RUNNN to get your order from here. Everything is deliciously seasoned, and my goodness…. THE PORTIONS are huge, you definitely get your money’s worth. Sad I hadn’t found this place sooner. The gentleman that helped me out was very friendly, and made great food combo suggestions. If you’re timid and not sure what to try they will help you out.

This will be a repeat buy for me.
Thank you Sazon Tropical!

I was looking for dinner and found this spot. Wow very nice people here! It was my first time here and the older lady behind the counter was so nice and friendly, she offered a sample and wow I ended up getting some plantains and the pepper steak! I saw some pigs feet and couldn’t resist it all looked soo good!! Definitely worth a try!

I ordered a cheeseburger with a side of fries, and a coke. It took 15 minutes for the food to be ready, but it was delicious. Crusty sides of the buns, full fries, and a lot of ketchup, the perfect amount I’d say. Definitely would order here again!

I had a great experience at Sazon Tropical Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — it had that comforting, home-cooked taste that reminded me of grandma’s kitchen. Every bite was flavorful and authentic.

The restaurant itself is a bit small, so it can feel a little cramped during busy times, but the cozy atmosphere adds to the charm. Prices were slightly above average, but considering the quality of the food, it felt worth it.

Overall, a solid spot for anyone craving hearty, homemade-style meals. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my first time having Dominican food so I don’t have anything to compare it to but my goodness it was soooo good!! We tried several empanadas and the chicken and the beef were the best with tons of flavor. Beware,
These empanadas are huge. Could almost be a meal. We tried the rice and pigeon peas, oxtails, beef pepper streak and the beef stew. Everything was delicious and the portions are huge.
It’s cafeteria style, very clean and a family atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!

This place was so delicious that I just had to write a review for it, I went with mi familia, and the food was so good. Yo soy dominicana but as a dominicana, it’s so hard in América to find actual good dominican food. However, this place was actually really good. I ordered Pollo guisado, rabo guisado, habichuela, tostones, plantanos, pickled red onions y morir soñando. When I say this place was so good, the food has flavor, nothing was dry, the rice was delicious. Everything was on point with no complaint. The owner was also really kind and was so nice when we were ordering and he was making our plate. This place ate all the way down, I will be coming back.
