If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Sazón de Abuela is hands-down one of the best hidden gems around. The moment you walk up to the truck, you’re greeted by the amazing aroma of authentic home-style Mexican cooking and the sweetest owner, who treats everyone like family. You can tell every dish is made with love and pride, just like something your abuela would make.
I ordered the Hatch Green Chili Burger, and WOW it was perfection! Juicy, flavorful, with that perfect kick from the roasted hatch chilies that takes it over the top. Then I tried the Chili Colorado plate, and it was pure comfort food heaven, tender beef simmered in rich, flavorful red chili sauce, with rice and beans that taste like they’ve been made from a treasured family recipe.
Everything was fresh, hot, and bursting with authentic flavor. The portions are generous, the service is warm, and you can just feel the passion behind every bite. The owner lady is an absolute sweetheart she came out to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even more special.
If you haven’t been to Sazón de Abuela, do yourself a favor and go. This food truck deserves all the love it’s true Mexican soul food on wheels! ❤️

The food was delicious! Somebody accidentally took our order and Sazon de Abuela food truck not only made us a new fresh order but included two extra burritos as well for the inconvenience. The California burrito was our favorite!

I tried their food on their grand opening, and they have very friendly staff and incredible food. The food tasted fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was quick and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!
