Terrible customer service from To-Go gentleman, slim & tall looking. Got offended just because I didn’t ask how he was doing, went back in to kitchen and ask someone else to tak my order. That is rude on his side! I wasn’t cordial but I was not rude, I just wanted to make the order as soon as possible before I forget what I had in my mind.
Favoritism on customer service is very noticeable. I will not be coming to this place if this is how I will be treated like if I had offended someone with mean words or attitude. I didn’t know I was supposed to ask “how are you, how is your day doing…” before ordering.

Wow, it was the best experience I had in olive gardens and it was my first time with my family and the hospitality was really exceptional and the person who served us #Natalie# was really so kind and generous she made our first experience in Fayetteville,ar olive gardens the best one being a fresher to this job still she served us like a professional and made us feel really comfortable, thank you Natalie and thank you olive gardens for hiring such people because at the end of the day hospitality is what customers look for.

We had a large group on 02/13/26 around 6-9 pm and front of house Wait staff and cooks were amazing! It took a while on time of food but that is expected on v – day weekend food was really good and service was patient with such a big crowd and very attentive! First time here but I definitely plan to return! My food was delicious!

I’ve been to many Olive Gardens. This is one of the better. Excellent service. Food is always hot and served quickly. No pressure to leave immediately after eating which has happened at other restaurants. To go orders are always exact as requested. I have been here many times and I will be back many more.

Food was typical mediocre at best. The place was filthy, bathroom was trashed and flooded. Floors and tables were sticky so we sat at the bar and had good service.

Exceptional service! My server, Zach, was very attentive and I was so grateful. We conversed about food, extra options, cheaper options, life as well. It’s wonderful to be someone who goes out to eat alone, & to receive such service. It uplifted my day to be in such a busy setting, and have someone make me feel like the most important one! The food was AMAZING! Always is. I also got extra salad, with the cheapest option. Please go there for Zach! He is leaving soon, but he is a great one & knows more than any of the others.

We came to Olive Garden for a 12 yo birthday celebration. We had a party of 19 with 9 children under age of 9. Shelby was fabulous. She went above and beyond. Put thought into everything. That girl had it all. Best service, very accommodating, patient and kind.
