Normally I would give this place five stars. My boyfriend and I have no issues with this location going through drive thru typically, but on this particular night December 4th 2025 whatever staff was working clearly doesn’t give two craps about their job. We received half of our Burgers completely smashed and bread soggy. One 9f our burgers looked like a whole finger was pressed in it. The meat on every slider halfway off the bun. We ordered seasoned fries didn’t get any seasoning on them. My chicken sandwich looks like someone’s fake nail penetrated the top bun with the chicken and pickles half way off the bread. Super disappointing. Normally the food comes in a box it was in a bag. Definitely not coming back after this

Normally this is my go to places for Savvy Sliders but not now. The spicy chicken tenders are smaller not sure if they are the same quality of white meat as theregular. And the slider was unappealing didn’t taste great. The guy at the window kept repeating the food was freshly made but left out some major details. Disappointing

Not happy! I got my 3 for 10 sliders and all of them were smushed in the bag. I gave 3 stars because this location is usually on top of it. Not sure who was on point to package the food today.

I spoke to Omar and Shelby on two separate occasions. They were able to accommodate my wife who is gluten free with a lettuce wrap and even worked with me on an issue that was completely my fault. (I should have checked the bag better haha). They are willing to cater and have an extremely friendly staff. Please check them out!!

Finally got to try savvy sliders! Went in with my son. The lady that took our order was so patient with my son who had many questions:) so love this place already! Best sweet tea ! We tried the sliders, fries in lemon, Cajun and house – all were excellent but loved lemon pepper the best! Chicken tenders were delicious! When our order was called for “Camden” my son got a kick out of his name being called. When we walked up another staff member said thanks for being patient- it was busy and I didn’t think it took long at all 🙂 definitely will be back. All staff friendly but the one that took our order was extremely nice and my son still is talking about how nice she was and we will be back ❤️❤️❤️

Threw chicken tenders in a bag without any packaging. Literally just in the bag. The sandwiches as well. No wrappers. The only thing the was in a box was fries. Everything was burnt and dry. My drink had no ice. Such a bad experience. I won’t be back

I visited the St. Clair Shores store on 6/23/25 to meet Kerry Carpenter. I just want to say that the service from the restaurant workers, Assistant Manager to the Owner was excellent. The owners father was offering bottled water, coupons, and even food for the customers waiting to meet Mr. Carpenter. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and tasted great. I wish there was a higher rating for this store. This store provided the best customer service and I will be returning and I will be telling everyone I know about your location. Thank you for making this event so much fun and thank you for everything you did for the customers. God Bless you!!!
