Savta is more than just a restaurant—it’s a heartfelt homage to my beloved grandmother, the woman who taught me everything I know about food and cooking. Naming the restaurant Savta is my way of celebrating her legacy, her wisdom, and the countless hours we spent together in the kitchen. Every dish we serve is a reflection of her teachings, filled with the love, tradition, and culinary skills she passed down to me. At Savta, we invite you to experience the warmth and flavor that shaped my passion for cooking, and that continues to inspire our menu today. Thank you for joining us in celebrating her legacy.

Reservation wasn’t required but recommended on weekends to avoid the wait. Their brunch menu was pretty interesting as each section (pizza, toast, sandwich) seemed to carry similar toppings.
We started with their Truffle Omelette just because the description on the menu made it so appealing. It’s indeed seemed simple yet lemme tell you the flavor was so rich as they chopped the truffle and mushroom into very small pieces that’s well blended with the egg. The time that dish was laid on the table, the scent made you unable to hold having a bite.
The next was actually what brought us here, the ragu pizza, serving slow-cooked ribs with fior di latte on wood-fired pizza. The crust was uniquely fluffy and pillowy and we asked for extra butter for dipping and that French butter certainly elevated it. The ribs were tender and luscious, though my friends and I agreed that we didn’t think it suited as pizza topping best.
To our surprise, the creme de la creme of our brunch was the Parma Burrata Toast. The picture could easily tell you how generously served the burrata was. Paired it with the prosciutto and pesto sauce, OMG such a flawless mix of cheesy, savory, creamy with twist of crunch. Rich combo that we all really enjoyed.
Super delicious, juicy burger with great amount of meat and tasty buns. What can you ask for? I only waited for 5 mins and had this previous in my hands.
LOVE!
Can’t wait to try the pizza, I heard they are great!
My husband ordered the wagyu burger and he said it easily makes his top 5 burgers of all time. I had the ragú pizza and wish I’d taken a better picture because it was absolutely fantastic, so juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
It was such a great experience all around, and Josue’s service made it even better. We love it here and will definitely start telling our friends to come too. Thank you, Savta, for hiring amazing employees who truly make dining out feel effortless and enjoyable.
My wife and I split the double patty smash burger. They said they were unable to make it medium rare because the hamburger patties were smashed too thin. That was a disappointment. I also had eggplant. That was very good. The fries that came with the burger tasted very good. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals.
The venue is an outdoor patio. It’s reasonably quiet as long as a police car or other emergency vehicle isn’t blasting sirens on nearby 3rd Street or Fairfax Ave.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Still, the service was friendly, and the vibe of the place was nice, so I’d be open to going back and trying something else on the menu.
The food was fantastic and very enjoyable. Price point is par for everything they offer. Francisco made some amazing suggestions and even picked out some beautiful wine bottles.
All in all a great time. Thanks again for making us feel so at home, Francisco!
