I am so happy we dropped in here. It’s quirky, cute, and comfortable. The service was great.

We tried a number of items and really enjoyed them all. The Pizza is excellent! Whole Branzino stuffed with golden raisins and almonds was so good.

Not an extensive wine selection, but some good choices.

100% would recommend!

Great dinner. The main dishes are one of their kind and the home made pasta excellent. The ceasar salad was served somewhat strange but that’s a personal point of view. Excellent choice!

The location is great – heart of West Hollywood, on sunset strip / boulevard and a beautiful location. The service was great, seating was clean, spacious, classy and high end. The food was okay. Perhaps I didn’t order other things, I got the squash blossom pizza which was tasty and good, it doesn’t taste bad. But it was also really salty (felt the sodium), very oily and didnt feel like it was going to sit well if I ate too much. I had a piece of my friends branzino— it did feel like the kitchen put effort into making it so I don’t doubt the quality, but I think the taste just didn’t feel as healthy or clean to me. I felt like I had better pizza and tasted better quality pizza out there. So in terms of food I’d say 3 stars, but service and location are 4-5 stars. Probably would come back to try brunch though!

Located within the Pendry Hotel. I was excited to come here because I always have the absolute best experiences with anything associated with the Pendry Hotels. Today Ospero hosted Pizza & A Spritz. There were different gourmet pizzas and the menu had a fair number of Spritz options. I decided to go with the Hugo on Holiday Spritz which was absolutely delicious. It was refreshing, but still had a little kick to it. The four cheese pizza was fresh and flavorful. The service was pretty good. Our server was attentive and really nice. Kadt, but not least, I loved the vibe. It has a modern and contemporary aesthetic with lots of greenery. Such a cute spot! Definitely worth a visit when you’re in West Hollywood.

Very interesting place. The building’s elevator system is hilarious, the buttons don’t correspond to the floors. Ospero is on the ground floor, it does however have an amazing view as it’s ok a cliff. The views are fantastic. The food is very good, the Buratta, the Zataar and the pizza were fantastic. When you’re done your meal, go to the top floor to the pool, great times.

We give this experience a 2.5. We were there for 10:30am breakfast Sunday morning.
Although I had reserved a table and noted it was a celebration in the comment section, when we got there we had no reserved table. We sat in the remaining table on the sidewalk at the very end. There was zero ambience other than the roar of Sunset Blvd in our ears. Because we were going to be indoors at the Pantages after breakfast, we decided to stay outside to eat anyhow. We ordered a Mimosa and champagne which took forever to get served, we had to ask twice, in fact it came after our very late arrival but quite delicious dolce the leche beignet. We finally got silverware service and then we got our drinks, so then we could finally taste the fabulous beignet. We ordered the chanterelle mushroom omelette with the frisée and the blueberry pancakes to split both between the two of us. Honestly I have had an equivalent omelette on an airplane. There was supposed to be cheese in there it was barely existent, it was basically folded egg. There were seven teeny tiny tips of chanterelle mushrooms and one chopped up asparagus tip on top of the omelette. They also put a handful of overdressed spring mix on the side. That poor excuse for an omelette was $31. We also split the blueberry pancakes. I thought upon first bite, they were fine but once they sat for a minute they got heavy and pasty There were some blueberries in the batter and eight blueberries on top of the four pancakes. I’ve had better pancakes at IHOP. We were starving and ended up eating most everything. The side of bacon was perfection. The food wasn’t horrible or inedible, it was just way far below my expectations for the reviews and the price. The service was very scrambled and felt like we were forgotten many times. The total bill was $155 and I felt like it should’ve been $90, that high only because we had breakfast cocktails. The lattes were good and the beignet was good and the bacon was good. Don’t bother eating a full meal for breakfast. Maybe stick to the fabulous pastries.

Like all other Pendry offerings, this place is a class act. The service was outstanding. The food was great. Was hoping for a breakfast pizza like Pendry’s breakfast place in San Diego, but no luck – oh well. The avocado toast and huevos rancheros were fantastic.

I’m not sure what happened to the service at Ospero. We have dined here usually for breakfast or lunch at least a dozen times and every time there is an issue with the service. Whether it’s taking more than 20 minutes to be acknowledged, or receiving incorrect food orders, or being told part of the restaurant is closed due to understaffing, this establishment really doesn’t match up with the excellent hotel it is attached to. Despite the establishments being separate, given this is the spot most Pendry guests will dine at for breakfast outside of room service, Management aught to check in with Ospero about improving the guest experience as it drags down the hotel experience. The photo is of a plate of “eggs poached hard”.
