Unfortunately, this was the worst Vietnamese restaurant I’ve tried.

First visit: we walked in, and the girl at the counter just looked at us and walked away — no greeting, no interest. So we left.

Gave it another shot a few weeks later, but the experience was just as bad. The staff was still unfriendly, and the whole place felt like a neglected hole-in-the-wall. You have to pay before getting your food, which is fine if the food and service are good — but neither were.

Prices are higher than in other similar restaurants, and the pho we got looked unappetizing — cloudy broth, especially in one of the bowls. The taste was odd and unpleasant. We couldn’t even finish it — ate maybe 10% and had to go somewhere else afterward to eat.

Also, you’re expected to get your own utensils and clean up after yourself. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Savor Vietnamese Cuisine and Boba Tea is in the Lakewood Village area of Windsor. We have eaten here a few times, both in the restaurant and gotten out food to go. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is really convenient! The area has plenty of parking so that is another positive about this restaurant.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love the Crispy Organic Tofu Banh Mi Sandwich. It’s my absolute favorite! With that being said, I have tried several other entrees here as well and love them all! The portions are generous and the food is delicious! All of the ingredients are really fresh!

I also ordered the Lychee Peachee Tea and it was delicious and refreshing! They have lots of different teas to choose from! Will definitely be coming back in the future! It’s so nice to have this restaurant in Windsor!

My family just moved here to town & my daughters love pho so I searched, found this 1 which had good reviews.

I had gotten the seafood pho with only crab & squid. My daughters had the chicken pho. We shared the shrimp spring rolls which were good with the peanut sauce!

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars because they’re a bit pricey. Back home in Fresno, Ca I pay $45 for all of us to eat.

We also had the thai teas with boba & it was really nice! Another thing I didn’t care for is the utensils & plates are open for everyone to grab their own which I don’t prefer.

It’s better for the server to bring the stuff than customers touch everything. I carry antibacterial wipes so I wiped the utensils off.

Also I asked for veggies in my pho but had gotten steamed veggies. I know places are different but I thought I explained it well for the veggies in my pho not on the side.

They could use more servers I felt bad the pregnant lady had to serve everyone & handle the pick up orders.

This is our new fav pho spot though we tried another place down the way & it was not as tasty like this place!

We tried Savor right after it opened, but waited until now to return. I’m so sorry we waited! The food was fantastic! We had the shrimp egg rolls, crispy shrimp rolls, the prawn red curry, house special vermicelli bowl and pho. Everything was perfect and so good. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent fresh food and extensive menu. I have tried the spicy pork and Lemongrass BBQ pork Banh Mi. And my wife had the chicken katsu plate. All were fresh and very flavorful. I was anxious the lemongrass would be overpowering but it is balanced perfectly with the bbq flavors. Highly recommend!

Rating for boba only. Waited 25 mins for tea. Didn’t have enough ingredients but didnt tell us until after 20 mins. Tea was watery and just mid.

Delicious and fresh. Sat outside and shared this sandwich with the spouse today. Impromptu after-hike snack. Perfect. Will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

Visited this restaurant and upon entering noticed how vile it is. The carpet. The tables. Initially I had to swap the flies away while we were simply just sitting at a table.. following I witnessed so much filth behind the counter. The traps, the Boba station. I think it needs a deep clean. Was absolutely disgusted to eat indoors. Got my drink and my family ordered food and we left . Clean your establishment

Unfriendly, rude front end staff (Server: Sovannita K as shown on receipt)! Food with improper temperature and not hot enough for soup! Menu prices are complete rip-off for food and service quality! Save your hard earning money and time for better eating places with much better services, food quality!I Waste of time, money including 20% tip while we had self service except food brought to our table by same rude staff! Avoid places like this place!
