Food is not consistent sometimes the food is good but the majority of the time its not the marinara is never the same. The delivery is ok until they just dont bring your food!!! Living out in the rural area, its hard to get anyone to deliver. Savannah Pizza delivered to me and both pizzas were hot and delicious. Definitely will be ordering more often in the future.

Placed order for delivery which was delivered in record time for the food, however my 2 liter Pepsi was not delivered. I have to now wait over hour and half before my drink will be delivered and was asked to come to store to pick up the 2 liter that I paid for to be delivered with my meal..
I understand being busy but not reading and making sure the delivery order is complete before leaving the store is on the delivery driver now making what is possibly a busy hectic day of delivering even more so backed up and hectic.. which was brought upon yourself.

If this weren’t the only pizza place in hampton they wouldnt have any business, constantly out of stock when I order online, pizza consistently takes an hour to an hour and a half to be delivered, the box is always soggy like its just been sitting in the bag. Whoever owns this company clearly doesn’t care about the quality of the food, nor cares about the customers.

If this wasn’t the only pizza restaurant in the area, I would not patronize this establishment. When they first opened in our area, they had different crew, different people. Everything was top-notch. I have given this establishment, a good four chances on several different occasions where they have either not read my order that I placed online, delivered my food, and my pizza was tilted to the side because of the way that the driver had it placed in the vehicle, had the wrong items on a salad, that I once again placed on my order ticket. Maybe their computer screens are too small for them to see the font, which is not my problem. However, if you have an online system or if you call the order in, the order should be correct and the correct pizza or food item should be verified before handing it to patrons. I really miss the original staff, Service, and professionalism that this establishment once had when they first opened.

The pizza is not bad, per se, but it is far from good. The dough is inconsistently stretched so that you end up with some parts with a thinner crust and others with big globs of dough.
The pizzas are usually undercooked for some reason, likely due to the staff not letting the oven fully preheat. You can fix it by asking for an extra bake or just tossing it into your own home oven for a few minutes, but a customer should not have to do that in order to get properly cooked food.
Hampton, SC has not had a good pizza place in a very long time, so it is a shame to see this place just failing too.
