Savage Roasters Coffee is an absolute standout in Kernersville! The friendly, welcoming atmosphere is everything you want in a local coffee shop—and the fact that it’s veteran-owned makes it even more special. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. I tried the Skillet Cookie Latte, and it was phenomenal—rich milk blended with chocolate and caramel drizzle, topped with a chocolate cookie and a generous swirl of whipped cream. Every sip was delightful and comforting. If you’re in Kernersville and looking for a fantastic coffee spot with heart and flavor, Savage Roasters is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I loved the space and my iced tiramisu latte was on point! I am glad that the espresso flavor wasn’t overpowering, it blended with the flavor very well. The chocolate chip pumpkin muffin I got was very hard and dry, but everything else was great. The service was fantastic and the cashier recommended the tiramisu flavor.

We went on a Sunday right after lunch time to get to ice coffees to go and it was a quick in and out. They have recommended drinks and we got the smores latte and cookie skillet latte both very delicious.

My mom and I always stopped here whenever I visit home from college. The staff are always kind. Great coffee! My mom is obsessed with the caramel latte frappe. You can round up your purchases to donate to local causes. Their mascot is a gorilla and I love this wall painting

First thing first, coffee is delicious. Nothing wrong there on my books which is why I always keep coming back AND the pastries are just not good. I’ve tried them multiple times and I just don’t like them. They’re too stale. I ordered a cinnamon roll one time and I just threw it away because it was solid like a rock when I realized it that same day. I saw another review saying the same thing but being suggested to use the microwave…um that shouldn’t even be a suggestion. The pastries are just not good. Flavor is good, texture is not. Now I went to Cakes by Bs web page and guess what, their reviews also mention their pastries being stale! So really this is an issue by the bakery. Maybe try using someone else? I’m not a business person so obviously I don’t know the logistics on this but that may be something to look into. This is also coming from someone who checks out a ton of coffee shops. I’m somewhat an annoying coffee shop snob.

So so experience. Decent coffee. The young lady w glasses was rude when we inquired about coffee in a mug or “for here”. They do not offer that despite mugs sitting on the espresso machines. I probably wouldn’t come back given my experience and/or they change the policy. Otherwise gives shake shop vibes w all the plastic cups

We were in Greensboro and was looking for a local coffee house. This came up as being 12 mins away, which we were fine with because it allowed us to see the town. Savage has it all! Large parking out front and an incredibly friendly staff, great space and a personal favorite of mine, Veteran Owned! coffee and latte were on point. Highly recommend and we will be back!
