The pics speak for themselves. Went for Monday “all you can eat crab legs” They taste like pork water. They look like they have gout. The owner was literally sitting in there, and let us complain and acted like he didn’t hear us. Never again!

I had an excellent experience at Saint Sadler this is no longer floods and you can tell immediately by the new ownership , me and my date was treated like family! It was her birthday and the son owner provided us with complimentary glass of wine called 1930 if you like sweet, I highly recommend it! The food was great also we just had fingers food but still left very stratified and will be back

Waiting on food you ordered was extra long . We ordered our food at 9 we didn’t receive our food till 11 . Just saddening our waitress jaunita just really took our orders and forgot we’re at the restaurant . She stayed away from our table a lot of the night . Pretty rough crowd I didn’t know if they was going to fight or shoot it out . I was on edge just waiting on our food .

Went to Sadler Winery & Restaurant (formerly Floods) in Euclid for a birthday brunch on 3/24/2024. The brunch was supposed to be at 1pm but the place was not open. We waited with the birthday girl and the rest of her party for them to open the restaurant which took about 50 minutes. The inside of the restaurant was clean and the decor was nice. We ordered our food at 2:40 pm and we didn’t receive it until after 4pm. My husband ordered the grilled salmon, grits and potatoes and he received a half piece of fried salmon, grits and potatoes. His food was good and it was seasoned well. I ordered the chicken and waffles which cost $19 and I was not pleased with what I was presented. I was given five wing dings and two Eggo waffles cut in half. I was beyond upset! I did speak with the server and I explained my frustration and she made sure to tell the Manager. I explained to her that I did not feel comfortable paying that price for that meal. I did ask her if I could get some seasoned potatoes in place of the waffles. I received a to go order with some potatoes and five over cooked wing dings. My daughter ordered Mimosas and steak and eggs and the Mimosas were full of ice which watered them down. Her steak and eggs came out and the eggs were sitting in the bloody juices of the steak and they weren’t edible. We put the steak on another plate and she said the steak was tender and seasoned well. Our waitress was overwhelmed and I kept reassuring her that we were not upset with her and we were sympathetic to her situation. Overall, the restaurant has the potential to be great but I feel they need to revamp a few things. They definitely need to invest in a waffle maker if they are going to continue to serve chicken and waffles.

Great Club at night. It also has a great music selection. The atmosphere seems welcoming and well-lit. The staff are friendly and available to help you get a drink. The food is good but, a bit expensive for what I ordered. There was more fire than fish if you know what I mean. Also, the fries were overly salted but, they may have a personal taste. Overall, a great spot to socialize, have some drinks, and people-watch.

Many menu items weren’t available. Food we got wasn’t great fries weren’t done. Happy hour has been advertised by owner but bartender was unaware of any happy hour specials. She also didn’t follow up to see of we wanted another drink or anything. Bartender never gave us a receipt (who does that). I won’t be back.

Today is Saturday, August 2022 I am always patronizing minority owned businesses, especially when it comes to food. I was in the Euclid area, and googled restaurants and Floods popped up. Even though it said “seafood”, and I am allergic to shellfish, I perused the menu and was thrilled to see my favorite meal; SALMON CROQUETTE I then read the reviews There were some good ones, but negative reviews always manage to stick out more in our community. I decided that EVERYBODY deserves a chance to improve, and at least a try for my patronage, so myself and my daughter went in!
We were greeted with the biggest smile from Teanaya?? (Forgive me I know I butchered the name) but the beautiful, chocolate queen there, and then we were greeted by the handsome, Lawrence They offered us beverages, and I ordered the blackened salmon dinner, and the salmon croquette dinner. Lawrence went in the back and came back, apologized and stated he only had ONE CROQUETTE left. I was at first disappointed, but then he said I’ll give you the last one and he asked if I’d like yellow rice with it. Well, hell yeah He actually brought it out to me, with that yummy sauce and I ate it right there The BEST croquettes I’d had since my grandmother made them!!! We chitchatted and he told me he’d be sure to order more, after I let him know that their wonderful customer service, just earned them a loyal customer. I say all that to say this; it’s ok to call out businesses for bad service, BUT, it is equally important to share YOUR GREAT experiences, as well. Our community deserves the best, and I for one fell in love with Mr. Lawrence, his yellow rice, and his homemade salmon croquettes! Thank you Floods, Euclid for a wonderful experience. You will be seeing lots of me, and my family ✌

Ordered food from here (Euclid location) to pick up on 6/6 at night. The bartender (Asia) is not pleasant at all. Don’t know her name but this is the 2nd encounter with her and she always seems to have a nasty attitude.
This will turn people away even though the food is good and it’s pricey, good customer service should still be a must even if it’s just a bar. It’s not worth buying food or coming to get a drink of the service is rude.
