For the two weeks that I’ve been here visiting Birmingham, Alabama. I was introduced to this place just driving by just curious about the food and it’s menu boy Birmingham has a hidden golden jewel. Best taco food truck there is even though it’s in a weird neighborhood. I can say that this is one of its hidden gems. the food is really unresisting as a small time food critic I have always said that to be a good taco truck might have a taco de lengua (beef tongue) which I understand some if not most Americans people think it’s kind of weird because the type of protein it is. But you understand the complicity of making the dish it’s very difficult and the man hours that go into making it.
As that being said, every single dish from the tacos to the tortoise, even to the corn in a cup aka esquite has been extremely well executed very delicious and the service is very very well received, and I felt like if I was talking to someone close and make you feel welcome and before I leave, Birmingham, Alabama, I will be making a video of this location because as well deserved.

This place has THE BEST Mexican food in all of Bham! Everything is always SO FRESH and they are even open a little later than most of the fast food places. They deserve a bunch more reviews!!!
