First time here and it was pretty good. Our server was on point her name was Hailey G. The food was great and was able to watch the Longhorns play. My Son had the garlic parmigiana wing and Jamaican jerk wings. He said that the spice was perfect and the ranch dipping sauce was amazing. The balance of garlic to parmigiana was also great. I had the honey sriracha and peach habanero wings. They were both delicious not as spicy as I thought. Military friendly establishment which is always great to see and hear . I will be definitely coming back to try other sauces! Keep it up!

Disappointed with Our First Visit
I recently moved to Boerne and heard great things about Sause Wing Bar—many said it was the best wing spot in town. I thought it would be a great choice for a work lunch with the office, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.
Our order was ready 15 minutes later than promised, and one of the meals was completely incorrect. I had ordered the Class 5 wing piece with Medium Buffalo sauce, but the sauce was separated—half of it was just oil. I could only manage to eat one wing. I also ordered the mac and cheese, which was undercooked and had a lumpy, hardened cheese sauce.
We called to have the order remade, and while they agreed to do so, we were charged again for their mistakes. My assistant picked up the replacement and paid for it, not realizing we were being double-charged—so I ended up covering the cost myself.
Overall, this was not a great first impression. The food quality was poor, and the customer service didn’t make up for it. Disappointed and unlikely to return.

Food and price were the best. Waitress was amazing. Very friendly and always checked in. Refilled drinks as well. Alcohol drinks were really good and food was good as well.

The kind of outdoor patio that hits just right and wings with drinks to satisfy even the most particular. Wing heat not too extreme but thr drinks are plenty strong. The outdoor patio is plenty big and there are a couple TVs to catch the ball game. Parking a-plenty, and easy in and out. Grateful find in this relatively little town.

The service at the kitchen was terrible. The wings were dry. My order was for 50 wings with different flavors. They thought I wouldn’t check my order, but they put all 50 in two boxes. They never would have fit all 50 in there. I returned them and made them put everything I paid for (over $100) in the correct order. The service was awful, it’s not what it used to be, and the flavor was horrible. It tasted like there was water in the dressings. If you order takeout, check your order and demand what you pay for.

I do not know what happened here but DAMN! The food was extremely underwhelming. The drinks selection… well, if you want beer or water, you are hooked up. We used to love treating ourselves to wings here… yeah, no thanks… the wings were so over cooked the sauce was even dried out. The beer was warm and flat… it USED to be a much preferred place in Boerne… the best thing was our server. She was top notch!

SECOND TRIP … Thought I would Try Again.
I thought I would try Sauced again. Sometimes restaurants just has an off day. I had a LENGTHY conversation with the Hostess about our first experience and she assured me their food is great! I once again ordered Classic 5 with medium sauce. Same experiences as the first time. The sauce was separated and half of it was oil. Not edible! For $10 for 5 wing covering in spicy oil is just gross! The food is bad! It is not an off day! What is worse, is the staff thinks this passes for good food.. There are other places in town if you want wing.

I use to love this place! This visit was horrible. I drove from SA for a late lunch for my birthday. Our waitress took our order and served us our drinks. Never saw her again. I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. My wings had minimal flavor. I would have asked for extra garlic parmesan but the waitress never checked on us. The beer was cold and good. I would have loved a 2nd one. We went to the front to pay since we never received the bill. The waitress came and I explained. Her response, sorry and handed me the ticket. I said I came here for my birthday. Still just I’m sorry and walked away. I asked someone else for the manager. Same response, I’m sorry with no concern. I’m so happy the people that were suppose to join couldn’t make it. I will never recommend Sauced again. The only good thing was the beer but you can’t get more than one.

Love the casual atmosphere with the big game touch. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the Queso blanco, lemon pepper wings, Korean BBQ wings, mild Buffalo wings, tots, and a hurricane (which they did not short us on the rum). We had a great time. We did have to battle flys, but we enjoyed ourselves none the less. And our server was very attentive and had a great attitude.

Edit: The two stars is still bc the actual wings are good. This is going to sound bad, but damn, Sauced must have been desperate when they hired (and kept) the young lady that is at the register in the evenings (long black hair). She cannot take a to-go order without messing something up, taking forever, and having to get help to do so. She does not have the soft skills to be helping customers. For the food, the bone in wings are good. The tenders on my salad lately have been hard and not so “tender.” Hard to eat, as if they were refried.
They are stingy with ranch here! I ordered 15 wings for $25, and the gave me one 1-oz ranch. I even asked the not so sharp host that brought my food out if this is all the ranch that comes with 15 wings that I paid $25 for, she said yes, JUST ONE! I had to BUY MORE. Unbelievable.
