Sassy Chophouse + Cocktails has quickly become known for its exceptional prime-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone competition ribs, and super-moist beef brisket. My sister and I visited this cozy restaurant after coming to stay on Fort Morgan a few months ago. Our waitress Kathy was hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and all around a great waitress. She made us feel like we were family. The food was absolutely perfect, every single bite. The chef definitely knows what he’s doing. I am so glad I got to visit this hidden gem and we will never forget our experience at the Sassy chophouse!

We had dinner here on a Thursday night. The charcuterie board and brie were absolutely amazing. One friend had the salmon and said it was very good and another had the kabobs which also looked fantastic and she said it tasted very good. Excellent margarita, super friendly staff and very clean place!

This place was FABULOUS! We’d intended on going to another place across the road, but came here instead. Our waitress and hostess with the mostess Kathy was absolutely awesome!!! The Tuna steak was amazing, the thickest and best glaze. Had the roast Brussel sprouts and they were great. The kids had popcorn shrimp and loaded Mashed potatoes that they loved. Great food, Kathy was an awesome host and waitress, food fantastic.

Chophouse has some of the best food on the island. Everything is cooked with talent and love and it comes through in the taste. Melt in your mouth beef, plump juicy shrimp, and the mushroom are to die for. The staff is friendly and fun and add to the joyful atmosphere. Chophouse is a must visit on my trips to the coast.

I brought my family here while on vacation. I was looking for great steaks and seafood for my father on Father’s Day coming up, along with a selection of drinks and other food for the whole family to choose from. I am glad that we went. The steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection. The brisket was perfect. The tuna was cooked to perfection with a great glaze over it. Lastly, every single side dish we got was amazing and cooked to perfection. We also got appetizers and garlic bread and again perfect. The service was outstanding and everything at Sassy Chophouse was worth every penny. I Highly recommend this place for anything they serve. The food was delicious.

I would have liked to try the pork chops but they aren’t ready until after 6pm. They have kids meals, but no kids menus so you have to ask. Overall good food, but expensive.
