Placed an order yesterday over the phone. The representative was not friendly and acted like it was a bother to take my order. I requested non spicy Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and black olives. I got it home ate a slice and the sausage was spicy and overcooked and there weren’t any mushrooms on it either. It was too late to call and complain last night so we just picked off the sausage and ate the pizza. I tried to call today to talk with a manager about the problem and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and no one picked up the call. This was very disappointing and I will not be a returning customer. I spent $36 for a pizza that was not even close to what it was worth.

My husband and I went to the Chiefs game for our honeymoon, and by the time we finally got out of traffic it was super late—we were exhausted and starving. We decided to try something new and landed on this pizza place, and LET ME TELL YOU… I wish we had one where we’re from . We each got a personal pizza—he ordered the Chicken Alfredo and I built my own with Canadian bacon, black olives, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and onions. We both agreed it was hands down the BEST pizza we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection, the crust was just right, and the balance of toppings, cheese, and sauce was spot on, not too greasy or overwhelming, just perfect. To top it off, we each had a slice of cheesecake, and it was the cherry on top of an amazing meal. Smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

Frist time here.. I didn’t realize this really isn’t a dine in place, so we had to improvise a bit. Pizza is really good. I wouldn’t call the crust deep dish or pan but still substantial with a night chewy bite to it. The garlic breadsticks are lacking some flavor but still ok.

When in to pick up my order. I hope I’m wrong but I notice the person putting my food on the wire shelf. He said in an interesting tone- oh this is yours. As I’m walking out everyone began to laugh. I fed it to the dog. It just made me think about I time I went in and the workers where digging in there butts and making the pizza dough. Will not return.

Not all Sarpinos are equal. I lived downtown KCMO and had pizzas delivered on time from the Westport location to KCPL any time of the evening. Last four years I was a customer to the location on Neiman and Everytime I picked up pizza it was done early. The location off of Quivera has been late in delivery by 10 minutes before, tonight 40 minutes late. With my second phone call to the location I expressed my disappointment with having to microwave this pizza as soon as I got. They said they would give me a full refund for my cold limp crusted pizza. I like Sarpinos when it’s hot and fresh, but this location cannot get it here hot and fresh. The thin crust from this location is soft and almost wet feeling, undercooked. I live off of 105th, Sarpinos is at 115th. The closest I have lived to a Sarpinos. Just sad. When I worked in NKC I would order several, even a dozen pizzas for my staff at work and was very pleased with every pizza. Long time customer going to order from somewhere else now. I would suggest Minsky’s for the Italian Beef Pizza. The Italian Beef at Sarpinos is so inferior. I ordered extra meat and still not much on the pizza. This location is terrible

Don’t order at this store from uber eats or any other online delivery apps. They will just send you what ever they have instead of letting you know that they ran out off the item. I paid for 10$ for Tiramisu but they sent me some random chocolate cake slice that I could get for 5$. When I called and asked, they said I could just eat whatever they sent. I wish I could rate negatively.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo with no onions.
They literally Forgot the Chicken In the The Alfredo so I am so confused how that supposed to be OK.
Called them the guy makes it seem like is my fault, Well we can either give you a credit or remake it.. How about you understand the assignment and the ingredients I ordered chicken Alfredo how do you forget the chicken isn’t this pre-prepared food.
This is the second time this is happened at this particular restaurant that they have forgotten the chicken and the chicken Alfredo but specifically the chicken is in the title of the food so I don’t know how you forget it
