I have been a long time customer of Sarku. I have read the bad reviews and I know every experience can be different but I have had only good experiences at this location. The service has always been friendly. This location is always busy and the line can get long. No matter how long the line I have never had to wait too long. The cooks have been the same ones for years now. They know how to cook the chicken just right. I have had teriyaki chicken at other places and the chicken is burnt. I have never had that issue here. I will say the prices have gone up but they have gone up everywhere so it’s unfair for people to leave a bad review because they think the prices are too high. However, their portion sizes are plenty and I usually get double meat so I have enough for lunch the next day. Their drink cups are BIG so when you spend $2.50 you get alota soda vs other places with their small cups for the same price. Before covid they offered refills but that is gone. Smh. I recommend this place for some good teriyaki.

I just went to your place of business of a young lady named Angela or Angelica was working at cash register. I told her I wanted the chicken bowl she cut me off when I just said shrimp not letting me finish my order. She gets bad customer service she wrote her eyes very unprofessional, stared at me and was talking and cussing in Spanish. This is unacceptable coming from a customer.

As the food looks delicious defenately the taste is not there.. I should have went to the one across from them.. the vegetables don’t have NO flavor at all they are just steamed plain.. the rice had parts not finished cooked amd just color.. no flavot.. the noodles taste like processed egg clay while chewing.. does not have normal pasta consistency.. the chicken was the only thing just ok since it was recently cooked and had that grill flavor.. $14.00 over all I won’t recommend or be back..

Horrible service I checked out at 10:51 and guess when I got my food 11:15. No customer service what so ever. Now I will never spend a dime at this establishment when this was once the few place I could eat at with vegetarian options. UNACCEPTABLE

Always good! I’ve been a customer for years and the food is always great. There’s a reason their line of customers is the longest in the food court. The guys cooking the food are very nice and do a great job.
