However, my husband felt like and when I looked at the picture in the menu I decided to give it a try, it looked quite good.
Big MISTAKE! The freshness in the picture is far from reality.
When we got the order, I realized it was chicken instead of beef and the rice was not steamed.
We went to change it, AGAIN, now it was beef, but rice was still fried, we were so hungry that we did not want to keep waiting, but such a SCAM
Please look at the pics to understand the difference between the advertised vs sad reality, the veggies were so disgusting.
The place has manged a new low for a higher cost.
I should have read my previous review.
This 3rd visit had me order the chicken/shrimp combo with an extra chicken add-on (14.22).
I watched them put the plate together and they were surprisingly stingey on the chicken. When they handed me the container I asked them if it included the extra chicken and I was assured it did (after guy checked receipt).
When i ate the meal, I counted only 8 small pieces of chicken . There was actually more shrimp than chicken.
As mentioned in a prior review, the rice-chicken-veggies were cold. They made the plate, set it aside and then STARTED cooking the shrimp.
This is the third strike. NEVER AGAIN.. I will go to their neighbor, Panda Express, if I am ever in need of teriyaki chicken here at the mall.

I had the basic teriyaki (double portion) on fried rice & mixed veggies.
Cost was higher than in the past (~$12).
Chicken portion, albeit ‘doubled’, was noticeably small and mostly luke warm. I noticed they had pulled the chicken from a pile on the side of the grill which probably contributed to the temperature issue.
The containers they are using today are smaller than the ones they had used previously (pre-pandemic) and this may have accounted for the smaller portion as well. Additionally, they literally filled it with fried rice which didn’t help things.
The fried rice was truly tasteless and everything seemed overly oily.
I had enjoyed this place in the past.
Todays experience was very disappointing.
*** AVOID.***
