ordered numerous sauces with my pizza and breadsticks and got none. I called to see about getting the sauces and was told it would be about 20 minutes before I got them. I asked for hot food also since by the time I got the sauces to go with my breadsticks then my breadsticks would be cold. I was then asked if I just wanted the price of the sauces refunded… ummm no, I want my sauces which is why I ordered them. I was told my sauces would be brought to me asap. 30 minutes later I got my sauces to have with my cold breadsticks

I got 4 things. my pizza was missing one topping out of 2, my Dorito cool ranch papadias came with no cool ranch dust or dip, my honey chipotle wings had NO sause on them and came with cool ranch dip instead of just ranch. only thing wasn’t messed up was my 2 liter of pop.

I’ve recently had a string of less than satisfactory transactions with the HUNTINGTON, INDIANA papa johns. Nothing that a quick apology and a prompt resolution shouldn’t be able to handle, however my two interactions with this business have lead me here. Recently I placed an online order which was prepared and sent out incorrectly, not a big deal, however today is the straw that broke the perverbial camels back..I went in and placed an order. The store’s general manager took my order and was borderline inpatient during the process which I understand as its Christmas eve, however I told her that the last time I placed the order it was incorrect and informed her of the discrepancy she assured me it would be correct. I walked in and saw her checking my order and I assumed it was correct. I return home to find out it wasn’t correct and I call the store to inform them of the error. The employee I spoke with was cordial however I could hear the general manager complaining and speaking rudely about my situation in the background, when she final got the phone she informed me that she read it back to me correctly, which she hadn’t, and said that next time I ordered food that I needed to listen to what was being said. she was incredible disrespectful and rude. When I asked for her bosses phone number she refused to provide it stating that my concerns need to be addressed at the corporate level rather than a district level. I will no longer be ordering food from this location and I suggest everyone else follow suit. Papa John’s is not what it used to be.. people don’t care about better ingredients making better pizza, they want respectful service from respectful employees

My girlfriend works in Markle and we live in Huntington she wanted me to bring her some garlic Parmesan bread sticks and I didn’t look at them and just took them to her at work she texted me a picture they were over cooked so I went back to Papa’s and one person there said they would make it then the lady came out and said her manager said no unless I brought the old ones back now I’m not driving back to Markle to get them then take new ones back again so they wouldn’t remake them

Ordered New York style pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, and well done. Pizza was doughy, had no extra sauce or cheese, and the flavor was like ketchup on cardboard. Husband ordered 8 wings, only got 7, they tasted microwaved, and our order was 1/2 hour late. Will NEVER order papa John’s again. Shaq would be disappointed

Called in order. Told 10-15 minutes. It takes me 20 minutes to get there. Had to wait another 20 minutes. The employees were not working well together, causing what I could see turning into a hostile work environment. They need to learn team skills.

Tried to order 3 pizzas over the phone. Do not recommend. Got sent to a call center in what seemed like India just to order a pizza from across town. Talked to someone I couldn’t understand for fifteen minutes. Finally he transfered me to the store and the girl who answered told me I’d have to place my order through the call center. Never again. Went somewhere else in Huntington and got better pizza. I’d rather eat frozen pizza over having to deal with ordering from that place again.

I rarely leave bad reviews, I don’t believe that a random situation should be a general evaluation. Sadly, this location has been going downhill for months. Over the past 8 orders there has been something wrong, with our past night missing THREE pizzas and one pizza made wrong on top of it.. On an order of over $70 they only delivered 3 out of 6 boxes. I am giving 2 stars because they agreed to replace the missing pizzas. Nothing like paying a delivery fee and tipping to having to go pickup the missing pizzas so it’s not another hour wait.
If you order from here: expect things to be wrong, food to show up very late and to have to go get their replacements so your family can eat before 3 hours of waiting on a 40 minute scheduled delivery.
