The food at Sarku Japan is very good, especially if you’re a fan of fresh hibachi-style dishes. The flavors are satisfying, and the portions are generous for the price. However, the location being inside Altamonte Mall is a bit of a drawback. You have to order from the food court and eat at the shared mall seating area, which can sometimes be crowded or lack the ambiance of a standalone restaurant. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it worth it, and it’s a solid choice if you’re at the mall and looking for a tasty meal.

Upon ordering , I got the beef bento box. Wasn’t bad for the price. The sushi was extremely low quality, but that was to be expected. The beef, rice, & dumplings were tasty as well. I would give them another shot next time I visit this mall.

The food was… eatable. The teriyaki sauce not sweet at all. And the lo mein was like eating regular overcooked pasta… definitely not the texture it should’ve been. The vegetable were vegetables.
The price for the amount of food given was very good. It took about 5 mins for my food to be made.

The noodles were over cooked. The chicken had no flavor and the spring rolls were undercooked.
I wanted a spring roll and the cashier didn’t even offer me to make it a meal, which is crazy cause she should be trying to upsell. But okay. Also, i had so much to carry, and wasn’t offered a bag.

The beef dish was good. Although I got the box lunch witch I would not recommend. Rice was over watered and egg roll was soggy on the bottom.salid was crisp and fresh.
