This is a fantastic place to eat with a wide variety of options! They even have a special section for Italian foods, featuring the amazing Marsicani Extra Virgin olive oil, which has won numerous international awards. I highly recommend trying it out!

The Panini is mostly bread, the top of mine was the consistency of a crouton. I asked if it came with chips, it comes with nothing, so I asked for Caesar salad, The cashier said they were out of pre made ones, she said she would ask the cook if he’ll make one, apparently he didn’t feel like it. It really wasn’t that great. I threw half of it away and it cost me $18… I regretted getting this instead of the Over the Coals Barbecue right next to it like my husband did, his brisket nachos were delicious, ton of food for 9 bucks…

Ordered a caprese sandwich. Got something on the wrong bread with no mozzarella or basil. My husband ordered a feta tomato and there was no feta and his bread was also wrong.
ETA: This was at the Holladay location. We did get a refund before we left. We went to this location because the SLC location told us they were out of basil.

Food was not good. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t exactly bad, but this was not a $12 sandwich. The taste was closer to something you’d expect from a gas station prepackaged deal rather than a deli “made fresh” service.
Service was okay, but the kid at the front didn’t seem very knowledgeable or even to be paying attention when I spoke to him. Atmosphere is… Eh, it’s kind of like being in a small school cafeteria.

The space feels like a big city food hall, fast service however, I have to say the quality of food has gone down a decent amount. The cuts of deli meat just seemed very basic and very salty. I got the Italian combo and it was very one-dimensional. I mean I get it’s a deli sandwich, but it is a $12 deli sandwich best part about it was the bread and I was still just OK. They have done a great job with the space and plenty of parking is always nice
