I definitely would have given five stars hadn’t the manager stated that we’re not able to get more than one side of extra chicken on our plate. If I am more than willing to pay the 2.39 that it takes to get the portioned extra chicken they offer, why can’t I get as many as I want? Granted, I was being a big back and wanted two extra chickens on my teriyaki plate. I’ve never experienced being told. I cannot get what I have paid for on my plate before today? Maybe things are changing, but it’s crazy that my money was denied for something I was willing to pay the up charge.

It’s becoming inconsistent. Because I live over 30 minutes away I order online and ahead of time and usually my husband is picking up. There is always a problem lately so I don’t go that much. I was a regular, now maybe 2-3 times a year. When I call they are rude or half answer the phone. So I just don’t go. I now have to order/pay for extra and they still count the shrimps. I have to dig to make sure its there. They never give enough sauce even when I put on it extra. Yet I was talked to so rudely the last time I complained when I got the wrong order. Mgr needs more training in order to train staff.

I’ve been coming to this place ever since it came to the food court. It is my favorite place to eat at in the food court. The customer service has always been fast and on point. The staff is always extremely friendly and inviting. The food is always hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS! You will not leave hungry. The portions are great and the prices are on point. I will continue to keep coming back and I will also continue to keep telling people about this place.
