Caucasian hair in my food after i was midway through my lunch 12/12/25 . They have these hairy guys serving food without a hairnet. Tried calling their 1-800 number to voice my concern but never got a reply after 48hrs. So if you plan on eating here thoroughly check your food!

Let me start off by saying, I love Hibachi but the places locally have been hit or miss. A lady from my gym recommended this place so I thought we should give it a try.
First of all love the containers, very nice and reusable! The meat was overcooked and very chewy – steak shouldn’t be chewy. The shrimp was overcooked and chewy. The food didn’t have flavor, the vegetables were not good, and we LOVE veggies! The rice ironically was plain for fried rice, it was not good at all. We were provided teriyaki sauce but even that didn’t cover the taste.
I am not sure if it was an off night, they ran out of seasonings or they have a new cook. Nonetheless it wasn’t good and we will not be ordering from here ever again.

It’s always great to find these hibachi restaurants in the mall. If you’re searching for a tasty, filling, affordable savory dish with a relatively short wait time then this is your best bet. The dishes (chicken teriyaki & shrimp teriyaki) we had when we visited were prepped quickly and tasted great, although the styrofoam packs that they have now seem much shallower so you get less product.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place. Not with service nor with the food. I always get the teriyaki chicken with extra chicken on top of white rice. The last time I ate here, which was about 1 yr ago, my bf got his with noodles instead of rice and a guy right after us got his with noodles as well, but with the side of steamed veggies mixed in with the noodles. I tried my bf noodles, and it was so good, and I only imagined how it would have been with the veggies stir-fried in with it. So this time, 1 year later, I got the chicken teriyaki, with extra chicken on topped of noodles with the steamed veggies mixed in instead of on the side, and when I tell you that it was SO good, it was SO GOOD!!. The cook had a slight heavy hand on the portions of noodles and veggies which led to me having a generous portion of it, with no complaints what so ever on my end. Lol. Everything was cooked perfectly, and it took me 15 mins to get home , so I can eat it, and it was still piping hot!. Whenever I get the craving for tender teriyaki chicken that’s delicious, Sarku Japan has never disappointed me. oh, I also got an egg roll..good flavor just wished it was more fresh.

Hands down my favorite mall food. I’d go here even if wasn’t in a mall honestly. It’s hibachi style teriyaki chicken, beef, or shrimp over steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles with a side of steam veggies. Add some siracha (or the chilli paste they provide) on the top and it’s one of my favorite meals ever. It’s always good and you can watch them make it. Def get some teriyaki sauce dirzzled over your rice too!

I ordered a Bogo hibachi chicken With extra chicken and fried rice (2). I was charged 1709 I also had to wait an additional 20 minutes from my order. I definitely should’ve checked my order before I left because when I got home, I had two hibachi chicken dinners. Both had fried rice one had vegetables and neither one of them had the extra meat I paid for very very disappointed
