This place is a hit or miss. Consistency isn’t their strong suit.
Thankfully today was a hit. The chicken was seasoned well and grilled nicely. Sometimes their chicken is pale and lacks any grilled flavor. It was slightly on the oily side though.

Took my mom there recently. The guy working the grill doesn’t know how to cook. I told him twice that the food was done, but he just kept ignoring me until he gave me a burnt pile of chicken which no one could chew through.
There was some sort of manager standing in the middle, so I showed him and the guy just kept nodding his head at me, but doing nothing about it. Now, I’m out $20 for this trash. Very disappointed. I used to go here all the time, but now I don’t want to go back.

This is the best fast food available at Bridgewater Commons food court. The teriyaki chicken is so good there is always a line waiting to order which always always goes fast. We order the teriyaki chicken with white rice double meat and always ask for extra teriyaki sauce to be poured on top. Also a side order of lo mein completes the meal. Anytime the restaurants at the mall have too long of a wait, this is always the perfect alternative and very filling. Would recommend.

Super quick and easy stop for lunch or dinner. Everything is pretty much made to order. Their chicken teriyaki is my favorite and you can get it with vegetables and rice or noodles. Recommend asking for extra sauce because it is delicious.

Had chicken teriyaki. I saw them use spatula on raw chicken (chicken in bucket on counter) then on cooked chicken. No taste or sauce on chicken. The batch of chicken on grill was too large to know if it is being properly cooked. I was hesitant to eat it. I got so sick when I got home. That place needs training from the health department. Def food poisoning. Never ever again!!!

I never had Sarku before. My manager suggested it when I was in the mood for fried rice. The teriyaki chicken was very good as well. Better than expected and competitively priced with the other food businesses in the food court. Great stuff!

If you want good food for at a cheap price, I recommend this place. Their most popular item is the chicken teriyaki. You can order noodles or rice with it and it comes with veggies. They also give you a very large amount for their price. I also like the bento box which includes rice, meat, veggies, dumplings and california rolls for a good price.
