I always buy from here because I feel like this is the only little ceasers pizza that never makes my stomach upset and today I ordered online like I always do and the pizza was stiff, usually Im the kind of person that doesn’t like to return items or complain but the pizza was not very yummy. I went back to either get a refund or a new one and showed them the pizza I had gotten. The guy there tonight was VERY friendly and apologized. We all make mistakes and we are far from perfect and I appreciate how polite and friendly he was. He seemed very embarrassed, made us a new pizza and even gave us breadsticks and sauce which really were not necessary, with his politeness was more than enough! Thank you for that amazing customer service I wish all restaurants had!!

Excellent hot pizza, fast as heck, easy access and there’s no restaurant seating hence 3 star for atmosphere. but overall everything is 5 star.

I want to support local businesses, but this location has been a repeated disappointment. Our orders have been wrong multiple times, and they never answer the phone. On our last visit, we walked in while my phone was actively ringing and could hear their phone ringing in the back. When I asked if they were going to answer it, I was told, “We don’t answer the phone.”
If phones aren’t answered, there needs to be a clear way to report incorrect orders. We were already home and shouldn’t have to choose between paying for a wrong order or driving all the way back.
When we spoke with an employee who appeared to be an assistant manager, she was rude and offered no credit or resolution. Cheap food is not an excuse for poor customer service. This experience makes it hard to continue supporting this business.

Placed delivery order for 11AM. Delivery showed up almost noon ( well after my lunch). Contacting little Caesars and they wash their hands of the issue as “deliveries are handled by out delivery partners (in this case door dash). Door dash doesn’t care either so you as basically just screwed. Prices are rising and service is in toliet it’s no wonder so many restaurants are closing. Well I will not be spending any additional money here or at any other little Caesars or door dash.

The pepperoni pizza we received was not edible. The crust was extremely hard and looked old. Looks like it was made hours before given to us which is a shame. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the puffs we also ordered were fresh and tasted good.
You shouldn’t sell old items. It’s bad business.

Walked in, only one worker. Wasn’t busy at all. Ordered three orders of stuffed crazy bread, multiple signs stating it’s $3.49. I paid and was told it’ll be 10-15 mins. Went inside my car to wait, looked at my receipt and was charged $17.97. Came back inside to pick up, asked about the price and APPARENTLY she failed to mention that it was a promotion and that it ended. Let me point out that NON of the posters have any promotional dates on them. So instead of $3.49 it jumped to $5.99. She even asked if I still wanted them, I had already paid and waited, so why back out now. Also, she stated she hadn’t even started on them, so about a 30 min wait too. I usually never post but super disappointed.

I have tried multiple times to speak to somebody at Little Caesars in Milton after a long frustrating wait I spoke to a lady who could hardly speak or understand English. My husband spoke to her first because we did not receive two of our pizzas. We spent over $100 on pizzas and we received one. We’re trying to call to find out if the other two are sitting on their counter so we can come grab them but the lady can’t understand English enough to answer or she just doesn’t even care so I called back thinking I can get through to somebody different, but only She answers. I asked her if she can connect me with somebody else who can understand English better. I was very polite and she did the same thing as she did to my husband and put me on an endless hold. I’ve tried calling to place an order. I’ve tried calling to push different buttons different options. No luck they lost us as a customer.

For one they can’t seem to get any order correct, the bread sticks are always cold. And anytime I go in there their standing around playing smelling like pizza and weed. If you do order from there make sure to go in and pickup your order to make sure you get what you originally ordered.

Just ordered two pizzas from them and one is suppose to be “Light” sauce. Definitely was not light sauce I spoke to the manager Shelly and she was not apologetic at all just basically told me you get what you get and she won’t do anything. Added pics. Does that look like “Light” sauce ???

The service today was incredibly bad. You need to train your people some customer service skills. I’ve never gotten I. An argument about sauce on the side for my wings before. Shouldn’t be thing. Do better.
