The food is great at this location but the service is sub par. I asked for a cup of water and they told me “we don’t have that, the faucet is broken”. Funny enough I can see the sink and there is water droplets all around it. And the last time I came to this exact location I asked for water and they gave me a cup from the soda machine. I asked this time if the soda machine has water and they told me no.

Like the food but the service is sub-par. First time I ordered they forgot the spring rolls. Decided to give them another chance since I liked the food. I again ordered the teriyaki with spring rolls and had to remind them to give it to me. Will probably not order from them again since I shouldn’t have to remind them to give me my correct order.

I love the brown rice with shrimp and teriyaki chicken, and vegetables. It’s always good. The place is clean, service is quick, prices are reasonable. Whenever my wife and I are out and about and looking for a fast bite, it’s the first place we search for.

One of my worst experience. They were 4 people there and the cashier was exceptionally nice but one of the workers horrible and rude and disrespectful. I did not like the way they serve you the food they just fill it up and left it on top the counter leaving it up to you to cover it up and bagged it yourself like it was a giveaway. And one of the coworkers that wasn’t Japanese or Chinese very obnoxious and provoking, so even though I paid for the food cuz you have too in advance I left it and told them give it to someone else that might need it.. I never returned since then. They all need retraining

Won’t be coming back since the black guy working there only gave me 1 small scoop of chicken right after he gave the guy before me 3 large scoops. He gave the rest of the chicken to the sample lady instead of giving me what I paid for. $6 for 10 bite size pieces of chicken and some rice is a rip-off

The food quality is the worst from all the sarku Japan that I ate. The rice is hard, the dumpling taste horrible, and the sushi is not fresh at all. You can see that they used old avocados since the avocados already turned black. This is the most horrible sarku Japan that I’ve tasted. What’s more horrible than the food is the staff. They are so rude and doesn’t even understand basic English.
