Came here with my fiancé and my mother in law who was visiting, Jessie was our server and was so incredibly sweet!! The food here is AMAZING and FRESH! Every staff member greeted us and smiled and it felt so homey inside! Definitely check out this place and I think they just opened up a new location as well in Port Saint Lucie!!

We came for Sunday brunch and had a 30 minute wait since it was at peak time. However, we quickly learned why this is a local favorite. Attentive and professional wait staff handled all our requests with a courtesy and smile that you don’t usually get at peak dining times. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Highly recommend this establishment!

This is my first visit here and this server was extremely rude and disrespectful walking around and reaching over my baby sleeping in the stroller to grab something when any human being with respect would say excuse me etc. She kept harassing me targeting me about my phone several of times. I believe they said her name is Jennifer or Heather I just got two different names which is also pour and professionalism to protect an employee rather give customers service. I didn’t receive neither. the black lady at the Togo agreed with how rude it was for her to reach over my child then switched and told me I was wrong for watching her after the straight forward disrespect towards me with out even apologizing to me.The only good experience I got here was the manager. I normally tip but today I only paid. I kinda knew I shouldn’t have came here because I am an African American Woman but I came inside anyway to place my order to give this place a chance. This lady is not good with people and really doesn’t deserve to handle people food with her nasty attitude and disrespect this place is very busy but this woman was extremely rude to my child to me and never apologized for what she did. I didn’t appreciate anything here at all.
As you can see in the 3rd pic she is trying to cover her face because she knows she was wrong and didn’t want her face to be seen. This is racist because I was simply standing minding my business looking at the menu and this woman started targeting me from the first approach to her consistently harassing me. Walking to me threatening me, tried to provoke me and more. The manager said something to her but she kept doing what ever she wanted. She has no respect for management team I can tell.

Great place. I am so impressed with the whole experience. Lauren was amazing, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had a party of 6 including kids and everyone left extremely satisfied. The atmosphere is great and is apparent that everyone that works there takes pride in what they do. It’s shame I don’t live nearby. Otherwise, this would be my new favorite spot. Thank you Lauren and staff.

Consistent every time we visit. My boyfriend and I come to Florida once a month and we’ve made it a tradition to always have breakfast here at least once. Each time we have had Charlene wait on us and each time she delivers great customer service. Always friendly and smiling. Never messes up the order or has us waiting longer than normal at a restaurant. Food is delicious if you are looking for a classic LARGE portion breakfast with reasonable pricing. We will continue coming back for the consistency of food and service

The food at Sarah’s is okay, but the service was extremely inconsistent. The only good server we’ve had is the tall, heavier-set male waiter—he is excellent. He’s always patient, kind, friendly, and professional. If we ever come back, we would only request him.
Unfortunately, we were served this time by a blonde female waitress who made the experience unpleasant from start to finish. She seemed overwhelmed and spent most of the time complaining about how busy she was, even though we were not rushing her or asking for anything unreasonable. We were originally told the wait would be just a few minutes, but it ended up being over an hour. She also messed up our order and, when we politely asked for a coffee refill, she responded rudely and raised her voice. Instead of enjoying our meal, we were given second-hand stress from her constant complaints.
Additionally, the restaurant seriously needs renovations. the ambiance has clearly gone downhill. The walls and trim are visibly chipped, peeling, and worn, which makes the space look neglected and uninviting. It’s disappointing to see no updates being made over time.
Overall, the service from that waitress ruined the experience. The male waiter, however, continues to be the highlight of this place.

We live 2.5 hours away, but when we go to Palm Beach Gardens to see my eye doctor Sara’s Kitchen is our go-to for lunch or breakfast. Today our server was Charlene, and she was training Ashley. Both young ladies were fabulous! The service was outstanding (as always). The food was delicious. Their chicken salad sandwiches (they have two versions) are amazing. This time I tried the potato salad. It was uniquely tasty. The chicken poblano soup was sooooo good! My husband had the kitchen sink omelet with pancakes. He loved the omelet, and the pancakes are some of the best we’ve tasted. If they had a location near Haines City we’d be regulars

We were on a family vacation, but we have family that reside in Palm Beach. I was looking for a nice brunch spot because my family is particular about food, locations, wait times, portions, cost etc., but what family is not! This place was a hit! I ordered the San Antonio Skillet with a pancake, A New York burger was ordered, the Turkey BLT and the South Beach Omelette. Portions were amazing and the flavors were spot on!!! Our server Jennifer was attentive, she was there when we needed her. I always she say she was at the right place at the right time, not hovering and giving us plenty of time to enjoy everything. Put yourself on the waitlist no matter what! I would highly recommend this place for great food, amazing service was impeccable (but it wont be like this every time). I always forget to take photos because we all dive in.
