Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places.
I spoke to the owner and she was incredibly lovely — all the food is homemade.
The portions are generous and definitely won’t leave you feeling hungry.
There’s more than enough to share, the food tastes amazing and fresh, and the ambience is fantastic.
Absolutely worth every dollar. We’ll definitely be coming back more often.
Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian options!

We stopped here on our way back to Sydney. The best seafood laksa I have ever had! Finger licking good! We ordered seafood laksa and spicy fried rice with some claw crab, everything was amazing. The service was excellent, clean washroom, clean atmosphere, the staffs were fantastic. We loved everything here and will surely coming back next time!

Recently dined for lunch with stunning decor. The ambiance was immersive, complemented by intricate details. Food presentation was equally impressive, elevating the dining experience. Each dish showcased artistic flair, enhancing the overall enjoyment. A must-visit for those who appreciate both visual aesthetics and delicious Thai cuisine. Best in the Gosford and central Coast area in my opinion.

Consider this more a placeholder than a review as I just popped in for a fast lunch, but there’s something special about Saran Thai in Wyoming. The Central Coast hasn’t, thus far, particularly impressed me with its handling of Asian cuisines so Saran Thai felt like a bit of an exception. Set in an ugly little strip mall, the restaurant shows a great commitment to creating a transportive experience through decor, with flowers adorning nearly every available surface.
On the plates, you’ll find the same attention to making things as beautiful as possible. I stressed head chef Cholathee Jiemthong (Charlie) out a bit by ordering bussaba chom-sourn ($29) or chicken flower rolls for lunch. Turns out these hard-to-assemble rolls are usually only offered in the evening. They team chopped fresh chicken and colourful crisp salad inside thin egg crepes, then wrap the lot in rice paper. They’re dipped into a tamarind, sweet soy and roasted peanut based sauce that had a good kick of chilli. Along with a generously proportioned plate of yum nua ($23.90) or Thai beef salad, that I didn’t even photograph because I wasn’t going to review, it made for more food than the two of us could easily finish.

Authentic vibes and awesome food..
We visited this place while returning from the Hunter Valley. The lady at the front was so friendly and polite. The table was prepared and they were all ready when we arrived.
The backside of the resturant had couches attached to the table where we were feeling vrey comfortable to sit and have chats. If you are booking a table, make sure to ask for that family area.
They had quite a long menu but surprisingly everything was available. I had a thai milk tea and a spicy fried rice. The service lady was so friendly and gave us good recommendations. The food was a bit behind the expected limit, hence the only reason for my 4 star. I think they can do more on the food side. But garnishing was so superb. Every dish had a natural flower on it.. (First time.I’ve seen it, therefore mentioning it here.)
The service was exceptional and so do the desserts. Will definately visit the place again.

Great local business. They hire young locals and teach them how to be proper wait staff. Their food is delicious and looks great. I’d recommend giving them a go if you’re in the area.

This was my first visit to Wildrose Cafe – Saran Thai has always been a great place to go for dinner before a show at the Laycock Theatre, so I thought I’d try it out for breakfast! The food was so fresh, and the portions generous. Absolutely delicious. The woman who served us was absolutely lovely and very attentive. I’m thrilled with the visit, I highly recommend it!

Haven’t had Saran Thai since dining in years ago, always wanted to have it again but they didn’t deliver. I just found out today that they’ve been delivering for almost 2 years now!
I ordered the chicken satay sticks, drunken beef noodles and green curry chicken. It turned up within 20 minutes, and oh my, everything was amazing. The chicken satay skewers were cooked tender – not like any I have had in the past from other restaurants, which have been dry and sometimes splintery. The other two dishes were very traditional, very fresh and flavourful. The fresh basil and mint throughout the dishes just makes it authentic. Chilli levels were perfect too.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and extremely helpful with gluten-free options.
Best I’ve had on the coast.
