Value for money dining at Olive Garden.

The prices seems right, portions were big, and the entrees comes with free flow unlimited breadsticks and soup. Pasta was surprisingly good as well.

The atmosphere here was good and our server was very attentive.

Worth an experience when visiting USA.

Food was great. We had the new calabrian dish, and chicken alfredo. Lucas was the best server I’ve ever had. Quick and attentive, I never had to look and or call for him once.

It was a long wait, but with as many people as there was, I was expecting longer. The fact they use text messaging to communicate and let you know when your table is ready is awesome. Under a lot of stress and dealing with so many people they did awesome!! Food was amazing, no complaints. The waiter was extremely nice.

Pasta tastes like it was boiled in dirty dish water, steak is either tough and dry or raw and has no flavor. For $15-$20 a dish I would expect it to at-least be edible. The chicken used for salad is probably the only acceptable tasting thing i’ve tried from here and that probably comes precooked, and pre-seasoned. Seeing as the customer basis is mainly older folk it makes sense how this restaurant stays open with the food quality it provides.

Came here for dinner and got the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. Everything was very tasty Breadsticks were hot, very fluffy and soft. Salad was great, plenty of toppings and not too much dressing. Chicken gnocchi soup was also very good except there really wasn’t any gnocchi. I know it’s a more expensive ingredient but I had a whole bowl with absolutely none, plenty of chicken though which was nice. Our waitress was Mel, she was fantastic! So sweet and friendly. Very apologetic when we had a wait a little bit for a new batch of soup to finish. All in all, pretty good for the price.

Bad service ruined both my daughters’ birthday dinner.
Tonight we had the unfortunate experience of having Eva as our server. Dinner was served within an hour- adequate food albeit mediocre service. However, when we requested cake for the two birthday girls at our table, we expected timely desserts and singing- a valid expectation considering we had witnessed not one, not two, but FOUR other birthdays within the two hours since we had been seated.
To our displeasure and disappointment, the desserts took around 20 minutes to arrive and once served, Eva placed the plates down with no fanfare (not in front of either of the birthday girls, mind you), without even a mere candle, much less singing. Eva claimed “no one else was available” despite the fact we had witnessed another birthday celebration that the staff had conveniently been available for approximately five minutes prior to this.
It’s important to note that this occurred after the considerable tip we had paid was not to Eva’s liking, after which her (already mediocre) service drastically declined, leading to the event detailed above.
At this point, we decided Eva could keep her desserts and requested to speak to the manager. Of course, I will give credit where it is due- the manager, Matt, handled the situation well, profusely apologizing and even gifting us a $50 Olive Garden gift card.
This is all good and well, but the entire situation could have been avoided if we had better service to begin with. Overall, I think it is reasonable to expect a server not to alter their service depending on their tip.

The overall experience was good and we are super understanding to these things. They were really busy and they were short handed. Our server was a young man who had so many tables. He was trying hard to keep up but he did a great job. Unfortunately our food came out at the same time as our salad and appetizers. That was when our server noticed the kitchen made a plate wrong so he brought it right back. It only took 2 minutes to get a remake as apposed to the original 25 minute wait for food. (Again, super understanding and appreciative to the young server and staff). We also ordered more food to-go and those were brought to us very quickly. Although, we had to ask for a bag for these to-go items. So overall, it was a good time and good food, great staff, even while short staffed.

Stopped in for soup and salad with friends last night. Although it was a Monday night, it was fairly busy. The wait time for seating was over 30 minutes. We opted to be seated at the bar. The bartender was relatively new in his role, so being in the industry myself, I understand the challenges. Food was great. Salad was fresh, and the soups were hot and very tasteful. The bar area was just off the kitchen, and had a lot of traffic. It was very bright and fully lighted. That is why I gave four stars for atmosphere. I will wait for a table in the dining room next time I go back.
